I pulled in 5 minutes before closing to get a cherry limeade and hit the button to order and sat there for a minute and they just shut the lights off on me and didn’t bother saying a word.

Pretty sure these people are trained to ensure that SOMETHING is always wrong with your order. Even when you ask to make sure they specifically did something, it is still probably wrong. Just go to the one's in harrison, they at least might get it right

This sonic has served me well over the years while the one in Harrison proper has failed a few times. I now always bypass Harrison and go here, even if just for an ice cream :)

Waited 10 minutes for three orders of fries. They came out cold and their were four employees outside talking, smoking, etc. One of those employees is the one that went inside and brought out the cold fries. Have visited here three times and each time it took at least 10 minutes for our order.

I had to go to 4 different stall before I found one that works. I don't normally park on the far side because I know it's a pain for the carhops, but I will be parking as far as I can from the door until this issue gets fixed. That is ridiculous. I pulled into 3 stalls right up front by the door and none of them worked, and I saw one on the other side of the parking lot that did work, so I had no choice and even that one had a messed up screen. I hate making things difficult for employees, but if your equipment isn't working then I have no choice but to choose the only options that are available. That or eat somewhere where I can actually order food. Stalls 1, 3, 6, and 8 are all out and those are the ones I pulled into and or can see from where I parked

4:30 on a sunday. Service sucked. Not busy at all. 20 minutes in drive thru. I think they cooked one order at a time while a couple of fellas were in a car parked on the side, "taking a break."

I ordered a #1 medium combo and a reeses blast. The Dr. Pepper was flat and watery and the lid wasn't actually on, so it spilled all over me. The tater tots tasted rotten, and the burger was smashed and wrapped like trash. Spent 15 dollars just to be insulted.

Don't go to any Sonic. The company has no appreciation for longtime, loyal customers.I have nothing against this location. But after being treated like a criminal at the East Sunshine location in Springfield, Missouri, when their actions damaged my vehicle, I avoid all Sonics.I drove by this one today, and would have stopped for lunch had it not been for the Springfield location. I'll mention that I called corporate, and was told someone would be in touch with me. But they lied. And I find it humorous that subsequent reviews of other Sonics I passed by get responses to call corporate. Hey ... I did ... you LIED ... nobody reached out. Check your records for my original call, get back with me, and MAYBE I'll start spending too much money with you again.
