great place for a good home cooked meal 5 stars 🌟

Cute place. Would have loved to have gotten to eat the food. We waited for an hour, barely getting acknowledged, only for our food to come out wrong, and undercooked; this was after I had to flag someone down to ask about it. The food looked like they panicked and threw it all together to rush it out, by then we didn't have another hour to wait for it to be remade and just ended up leaving.

Coincidentally named, Memory Lane Café

Belleville is a small town with a dwindling population, a wide spot in the road. Google Maps struggles to find it when tasked with the challenge. A population of less than 300. What once was a very nice big brick building, is directly across the street from the café. The last historical building still standing, appears to have housed several businesses back when the town was thriving. Now it is a boarded-up, crumbling blemish that drags the town down. Worthless today except for the sentimental value that only a few old enough to remember, have for it. A monument of Belleville’s past, that is now a marker on memory lane.

The café is as small town, down home, rural Arkansas as you can get. Delicious country cooked meals served up by friendly locals. A couple of enjoyable breakfasts for us. Plates filled with eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, biscuit and gravy. Served with an endless cup of coffee. After a quart of coffee, I had to protect my cup from be refilled. The interior décor is exactly what you would expect to find in a small café with a name Memory Lane: signs, pictures, license plates, advertising. Elvis was well represented. An entire wall dedicated to the “King of Rock and Roll.” My wife discovered a very unique surprise hanging on the rustic, rough cut pine walls; an autographed picture of Carol Burnett with a letter dated June 25, 2002. The letter was addressed to the owners of the restaurant at the time. Check the pictures.

Drop in for delicious breakfast, or one of the daily specials with a side of friendly small-town hospitality.
Better hurry though, the restaurant may soon be just another pleasant past experience that makes up memory lane. Memory Lane Café is for sale.

The waitress was super nice and doted on my granddaughter. And made sure she had a lovely experience. We had a nice breakfast together. I was pleasantly surprised to see. They had chocolate gravy and biscuits on the menu.

Kid-friendliness: Nothing is specifically catered to kids the air treated as tiny adults. But the staff is very kind..

Parking: Parking is available in the front and back and on the side along the street.

Very cute hole in the wall type place. Covered in Elvis collectibles. Definitely a trip down memory lane. Has amazing desserts!

In Danville a few miles away a gal at a gas station told us about this place. What a find!! Must be 30 years ago you saw prices like what they offered!! Excellent friendly fast service. Food was just perfect and such low prices!! Lady's were curious about us as we must have stuck out like sore thumbs coming from Arizona and California! Lol!

The people who work here work really hard and we think the food is pretty decent and reasonably priced. It's a small town cafe. There's a worker named brandy there who is a super hard worker.
