Went December 7th to get my free Christmas ornament i got 2 drinks but had to pay twice because she didn't let me finish my 1 and only order so she put me down for 2 separate orders. I still didn't get my ornament she looked at me like I had the nerve to even ask and still proceeded to not give it to me. Thats what the issue kid's working no adults do better

This used to be my favorite place. I am no longer spending my money here, because the service is sub-par, and the drinks are never good anymore. The associates are more concerned with gossiping and chatting with each other as well as customers, which holds up the line. I don’t mind a quick chat, but waiting 10+ minutes just so someone can finish their conversation is ridiculous. You’re at work - take care of your customers. Priorities are just not where they should be, and I am tired of wasting my hard earned money on bad service and disappointing coffee.

I ordered 1 large energy drink with no ice and it came out to $11.73. I could have bought an entire case of energy drinks for that. I also waited in line for 20 mins and it wasn’t super busy. The girls were cold so they kept hanging out inside to stay warm and my drink just sat there on the counter

A good Customer
As of right now, I’ve Given my seven brew in Benton Arkansas a one star because I cannot find a way to get hold of customer service or know how to email the manager or anything like that. As soon as I can figure out how to talk to the manager or email the manager by one star will stay .

I have had no problems at any location. Have always been very nice and friendly. Love the coffee. Just glad I am a little away from one. Can’t hardly go by one without getting a coffee.

This location used to be good. Now drinks aren't made correctly, tastes spoiled, and the music is always so loud you can't hardly hear when ordering. Ive started going out of my way to the bryant location because the benton location isn't reliable.
