Applebee's Grill + Bar serves surprisingly good dishes like Cajun salmon, despite some inconsistencies. The restaurant struggles with understaffing and needs renovations. While the food quality is generally pleasing, some experiences can be marred by disgruntled employees and unavailable ingredients, leading to disappointing meals. Food was hot and fresh, and staff was very nice and accommodating. The food they gave me this damn time was one piece of chicken without anything else and 2 small cups of mash potatoes and something green in the other. Our food was excellent.
