It’s really becoming annoying when we come to the Benton Arby’s and the service is getting slower and we hear the excuse “we are short handed”.
Ordered a fish sandwich through Grub Hub. My delivery guy sends me a message saying they aren't currently serving it. Asked me if I wanted to pick out something else. If I wanted something else, I would have chosen something else. Poor management!

We love the gyros and the Buffalo Chicken sandwiches. I thought restaurant workers were hired to serve others. If a business is open until 11, it should serve the customer until 11. Why does the app shut down at 10:30? Why does it take 14 minutes to get a gyro or a sandwich? Just my thoughts.
