Please, hire some new people. My girlfriend LOVES Arby's, and continues to send me there quite often. It has been SOOO long since we have gotten a correct order. (I'm talking months) Tonight was wrong sandwiches, the fries were correct...(old and cold, but they were crinkle fries) most often its wrong fries. (We order crinkle, they usually give curley. Do they get a bonus for pushing curley fries?) The girl at the window was very polite.

Please fix this, as my girlfriend will continue to give Arby's chance after chance.

Went back tonight 12-26-2025. Looked like a new crew. Service was awesome. Guy at the window took time to read back my order, got all of the correct food. All fresh and tasty! Even got the crinkle fries! MUCH BETTER CREW! I have faith in Arby's once again!

We went through the drive thru and the person taking our order barely spoke. Same thing at the window. No sign of customer service at all. Just bored zombie behavior. When we got our food we pulled forward and I quickly checked the bag and noticed that half our order was missing, so we had to park and go inside to get the rest of the food we had paid for. Again, no customer service. I’m not asking for much, but they can do better. Our food was good once we got home and ate but the service was so bad I doubt I’ll be back anytime soon.

Went thru drivethru. Order a number one. The meat was rotten. It even smelled bad. I was too far away to go back so I called to let them know and the Mgr response was that the meat wasn't bad it was just cooked med well. Lady. I know when meat is bad. So either dont eat there or check the meat

Went through drive through with the fam. Service was prompt and kind. Got order correct. But our food had some major issues. Tomato and lettuce was rotten on all sandwiches. Gyro meat tasted spoiled, as did the tzatziki. French fries were good actually, which saved me from giving 1 star. But not sure why you’d put obviously rotten food in a sandwich? Not sure I’d get food from here again.

Disgusting lobby, nasty bathrooms. EXTREMELY RUDE MANAGEMENT.
Couldn't be bothered to actually answer the drive thru speaker and thought it funny.

Listen....hands down the best Arby's we've ever eaten at. The food was hot and crispy. The associates were friendly. The restaurant could use some cleaning, but its not filthy.
