We love the gyros and the Buffalo Chicken sandwiches. I thought restaurant workers were hired to serve others. If a business is open until 11, it should serve the customer until 11. Why does the app shut down at 10:30? Why does it take 14 minutes to get a gyro or a sandwich? Just my thoughts.

Sure do wish they'd bring back potato cakes. Arby's didn't Arby's without potato cakes. Ask for a Super Roast Beef. Not on the menu, but they still have it. It has lettuce and tomatoes. But make sure they leave off the red ranch sauce.

Bruh they are supposed to be open till 11PM so how I get there at 10:30 and all the lights are off and no one is there?? No note on the door with any type of explanation or anything, I'll be sure to let corporate know how lazy their employees are

One of the worst customer service experiences from a cashier named Jordan. I’m shocked and angry that I was treated so poorly by the staff and the manager Courtney watched the whole situation happen and acted as if he was afraid to intervene.
I ordered and waited for about 15 min for my food watching everyone who came in after me get their trays and leave. When I waited my turn again and asked if my food was being worked on yet, the cashier very aggressively told me “you’ll get your food when it’s ready, wait for us to call your name.” I explained to all of the staff looking at us (bc she was loud) my reasoning for asking wasn’t rude, I think they skipped me by accident and The cashier Jordan proceeds to argue with me about my name…calling me Griffin…and yelling at me in front of a dozen people who all had big eyes and waited for a resolution. it was SO bizarre and not one employee stepped up to treat me kindly or apologize for the disrespect and mishap. I left. Empty handed and highly upset. I wrote to corporate and they didn’t respond. There is no phone line or I’d have called it too. I love Arby’s and it’s sad because it’s right next to my work but never again will they get a dime from me. Jordan and Courtney need to lose their jobs.
