We went through the drive thru and the person taking our order barely spoke. Same thing at the window. No sign of customer service at all. Just bored zombie behavior. When we got our food we pulled forward and I quickly checked the bag and noticed that half our order was missing, so we had to park and go inside to get the rest of the food we had paid for. Again, no customer service. I’m not asking for much, but they can do better. Our food was good once we got home and ate but...

Listen....hands down the best Arby's we've ever eaten at. The food was hot and crispy. The associates were friendly. The restaurant could use some cleaning, but its not filthy.
