awesome lunch plate, brisket was delicious, moist flavorful, perfect amount of fat, green beans were super tasty with little chuncks of bacon in there, sauce was sweet KC style but the meat didn't really need it imo

Best little family owned meat market in Saline County. This family has also been through a lot, but they continue to serve our county well!! The food is always made right, and the cold cut sandwiches are my personal favorite. I have been going here since 2015. The hours do vary so just give them a call to make sure they are open when you plan to stop by!

Are you wanting a good ole "at home" lunch meat sandwich? This is your stop!Pick your sliced bread, cheese, veggies, and lunch meat of many kinds. Even some smoked in house.They had a selection of red meat, deli meat by the pound, breads, seasonings, drinks and other locally made condiments and snacks for sale.The crew was friendly and deserving of a kiddos!This place should to be higher on the Google search, a small gem!
