this kitchen is full of incompetence. you’ll ask for no ketchup on your burger, she will repeat back no ketchup, and you’ll receive a burger OVERFLOWING with ketchup.

Friend picked up hamburgers for her husband. In and out in no time! Friendly staff!
The food was good but these restaurants are lazy now days ,you tell them you want to dine in and they still hand you a bag instead of tray ,just wash the trays lazy people!!

When I pulled up to the drive-thru, I was greeted and then told, “Give me a second.” I wasn’t in a rush, so I waited patiently. A moment later, I heard her say, “Continue with your order,” so I began ordering — but she quickly cut me off, saying in a rude tone, “I told you to give me a second.”
She repeated this twice, and each time it seemed she forgot to mute her microphone while taking someone’s inside order. When she finally told me to continue, I gave my order. She then told me the total but didn’t specify which window to go to.
At the first window, no one was there, so after waiting a bit, I pulled ahead to the second window. She immediately started raising her voice, saying, “You’re not supposed to come to this window — you’re supposed to go to the first one,” again with a rude attitude. I apologized and explained that no one was at the first window and that I hadn’t been told where to stop.
She then said, “When I tell you to give me a second, give me a second. I’m the only one here!” I wasn’t trying to be rude at all — I truly thought she was speaking to me each time because her mic wasn’t muted. By this point, she was visibly upset and raising her voice, so I decided to leave and told her to have a good day. She yelled, “Then leave!” and slammed the window shut.

Placed order online to be picked up in drive thru, gave my name when I arrived. When I reached the window the girl asked about someone else's order and I explained I had a mobile order, she brought the food and asked the drinks. She returned with the drinks for the kids meals and closed the window. I tried getting their attention inside regarding my drink, I showed my receipt still attached to my bag and finally got it. After arriving home I found that my burger was completely incorrect, in 2 places it showed no ketchup that was slathered all over the burger and the tomato was completely left off my burger. I live more than 20 minutes away so attempted to call without any results other than a fax machine in my ear. I won't be going back.

Food is good! I’m sitting in lobby right now. The supervisor lady with a pony tail and no teeth has been yelling at employees relentlessly for the last 5 minutes straight. She is a monster and these poor kids working deserve to be treated better. Pretty terrible and unprofessional impression for customers. I won’t return to endure this uncomfortable experience again.

I recommend going thru the drive thru or eating in. When ordering delivery they often leave items out and you can't call and get assistance. Other than that, they are fantastic!

This is was the worst trip to Burger King I've ever been on . The manager was rude , the menu board was not up to date as to what they still served , the girl at the register had no idea they no longer had items , my husband and I order the same thing and we got a somewhat dressed down wrong version of what we ordered , and to go to a fast food place have to spend $30 and recieve ... this is just pitiful not a good image BK .

Just went to get me and hubby dinner, his was ok, but my chicken wraps were horrible! So old and dry that I couldn't chew them, and my pitbull even had trouble chewing it!!! And he can chew through a basketball!!!
