My family of four came in tonight. We got sat down, a person brought us salsa & chips, and we sat there for 20 mins waiting for someone to come and get our food order. Numerous employees walked by and paid us no attention. Twenty minutes of waiting so we got up and was going to walk out and all of a sudden someone wanted to get our order. I came to Chepe’s last night to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday and brought 14 teens with me. Our waitress was amazing. She kept everything straight and really made my daughter feel special. The food was delicious and it was an amazing experience! Thank you!!
Ordered the Choripollo. Waiter stated it didn't come with pico, sour cream ECT. I asked him about it because the menu clearly states all chicken dishes come with it. He said all of them do but that one. I asked for a manager. He said the lady that made the menu made a mistake and that dish isn't supposed to be on there. I said well it is so can I get it please? Manager said no. I said you are willing to lose $16 dollars over sour cream and he said yes. No apologies, very disappointed....read full review
