Poor service. When you work in the hospitality business, there is a certain understanding. If the establishment says the “close” at 10pm, and a customer walks in at 9:45pm, you seat them with a smile and give them the full experience.

My family of four came in tonight. We got sat down, a person brought us salsa & chips, and we sat there for 20 mins waiting for someone to come and get our food order. Numerous employees walked by and paid us no attention. Twenty minutes of waiting so we got up and was going to walk out and all of a sudden someone wanted to get our order. I came to Chepe’s last night to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday and brought 14 teens with me. Our waitress was amazing. She kept everything straight and really made my daughter feel special. The food was delicious and it was an amazing experience! Thank you!!
