Okay we always get chicken express and we lovvvveee the people the service is amazing even in the drive Thur but today I figured I’d give them a review. But today after I got off work I went over to get my fiancé a $5 dollar box and after he got Thur eating it he takes a bite out of a this leg and the way it looks and the way it was just to under cooked or something but right after 10 minutes late he got sick. But after all the food and service is awesome keep doing what y’all are doing y’all are doing great.

One of me and my fiance's places to go out and relax at a fast food restaurant to save a little money yet get out of the house for a few. She orders the chicken strips while I can't wait for the largest order of Chicken livers!! My livers are fried fresh and come with gravy in which I order an extra cup of because I just have to!!! The staff is ALWAYS so friendly here and I look forward to visiting soon!!!

I ordered liver and gizzards dinner. I had to wait for 15 minutes to get fresh gizzards but everything in my plate was steaming hot so the 15 minute wait was okay. I got hot, fresh food and I’d rather have that than get something cold, greasy, hard or dried up. Thank you.

Food was great but I do not understand why it took 45 minutes to pick up food from the time i placed an order. When I got to the store to pick up food at 7 40 which was the expecting time to be ready, they told me it will take another 10 minutes. But it became another 25 minutes to get my food and didnt even heard why. Everybody who came there later than us all got their food and left but me. I did heard sorry and gave complimentary cookies but very disappointed about the service.

I ordereda chicken dinner with tea yesterday and went back to work. When I took a drink of the tea it tasted off. It smelled strongly of mold. The same thing happened to me a couple of months ago. I called the store shortly after I got back to work and spoke to the manager who did not seem too concerned about it. Before these 2 instances I had always had really good experiences with them. Probably won't be going back.
Came through drive thru and ordered the 2 piece Catfish meal. Very disappointed, every thing was overcooked and tasted like it was old. Typically in past ive had to wait several minutes at window for oder (okay with that as I know it's fresh); however tonight they had it as soon as I pulled up to window. Also, got corn fritters in place of hush puppies. It will be awhile before I return. 😟

I was traveling back home to Dallas, TX, and stopped here to grab a bite to eat. Ordered chicken strips ( spicy) I was already to it will be a 7 minute wait to cook the strips but when I got my food every thing was hot freshly cooked and brought to me. This plate looks great, not only hot but the oil was changed too. Great food, great service 👍
