This was a pick up order(supposed to be curbside, but you have to go in). Tipped well and nothing done except added to shelves. We had 4 old timers with different toppings and couldn’t tell which was whose. Had to look at each one. Not labeled well. 4 drinks with no labeling and had to smell and guess. I ordered a mango tea. App didn’t say anything about sweet or unsweetened and while I like sweet tea, this was so sweet I had to toss it. No mango taste, just extremely sweet. I think someone must’ve doubled the sugar or syrup in it. For $68 with tax and tip, this was not worth it. Burgers and fries were ok, nothing social. Salsa and chips were as always. Salad was tiny cup of iceberg with some chopped tomatoes and large croutons.

Overall experience was not good. I was in search of a good fajita. Haven't been to a Chili's in a very long time. There were two issues, value and the quality. On the value side was the cost, regular beef fajita and a small margarita was about $34, about $10 higher than any one else in the market. The other issue was the quality of the beef. Very tough and stringy....as if the meat was cut with the grain so much so that I had to cut the strips into small pieces. Flavor and the roasted jalapeno were good, no issue there. Service was also above average.

Had lunch date with my great niece today. Her favorite spot is chilis. I have not been to Chili's in a minute. Atmosphere was good. The bacon cheeseburger was on point(always on the hunt for a good burger). The little one had her favorite, the Cajun pasta. Chris are server was on top of things, when it came to making sure our needs were met. Price was..hmm everything going up and if you wanna go out, the price is the price. Overall, good time shared with my beautiful great niece! FOOD!FUN!LAUGHTER!

I just got my to go order today. My steak was burnt. My fries were rocks no to go silverware and no condiments. I specifically paid for ranch dressing and didn’t get it.
