Cotija Mexican Grill is one of my very fav restaurants and BY FAR my fav for tacos, fajitas, salsa etc. I requested a pick up meal for my birthday dinner and had to call the manger after I finished the meal because seriously it was just amazing. And for a bigger order with a few special requests, everything was spot on. The manager is SO sweet and spent time talking to me and was happy that I called.
