This location is SLOW! The staff needs a complete overhaul. The employees have no personality & act like they don’t want you there. Every customer that came in took 10 minutes to get their food. My son asked for our cups & the employee said “yeah yeah yeah I’ll get those for you”. This isn’t the same DQ as when it 1st opened.

The manager brings the atmosphere down. (We have been here many times and witnessed this manager yelling at staff) Staff are very slow, there is no energy here. Went inside and ordered 2 blizzards, 1 malt and a sundae. Took 15 min to get half our order. We were the second group sitting inside and only one car in the drive thru. Took 5 min for someone to even take our order. We were not greeted, blizzards, malt not mixed well. Complete disappointment

I don’t know about the food but the drive through is a joke. No one inside and I have been in line to order a milkshake and I have waited forever. Won’t be back. Not worth it. Sonic is always good and fast.

Went to this location on a Saturday afternoon. Only one couple was present eating in the restaurant. We went up to order and the two employees up front watched us walk in. Two men that had walked in behind me pushed around me and blurted to the young man "where he at, we ain't got time for this",at that time the lady smirked and went to the back never to return. The young man then took the two guys to the side in an apparent drug deal that was more important than waiting on customers. We waited over 5 minutes in line, with the young lady still in the back and the young man to the side with his two associates, NEVER acknowledging us not offering to wait on us. We left after giving up on service. I DO NOT recommend this location and would give ZERO stars if possible. This is the first negative experience we have encountered at ANY Dairy Queen, this leading me to write this review.

Went inside to eat and waited in line for ten minutes. Guy came out to take my order and saw a door dash driver come in. He then went back into the kitchen to make the order. Waited another five minutes and said forget it. In comparison, there were four people making food and taking care of the drive thru.

I’m 7 months pregnant and was craving a hot fudge sundae. I ordered a large hot fudge sundae with extra fudge and peanuts. What I got was a half filled large sundae cup with chocolate syrup and walnuts. I was very disappointed and ended up just throwing it away.
