The manager brings the atmosphere down. (We have been here many times and witnessed this manager yelling at staff) Staff are very slow, there is no energy here. Went inside and ordered 2 blizzards, 1 malt and a sundae. Took 15 min to get half our order. We were the second group sitting inside and only one car in the drive thru. Took 5 min for someone to even take our order. We were not greeted, blizzards, malt not mixed well. Complete disappointment

I did an on line order for curbside. Said it would take 12 minutes. Got there and parked
Waited 29 minutes and drove through takeout to see what was wrong
They couldn't find my order. Told them what it was. Said they would re do it. Picked it up. Started to drive off, but there was no blizzard. Had to drive back through line and order it again. Still was wrong one but I took it. A 12 minute order turned into a40 minute fiasco.
