I was about to go to The Waffle House but I'm so glad I didn't! I spent $45 at this place and it was so worth it my server April she was so professional kind and a great person to have a conversation with not to mention a real Hustler she wasn't just walking she was power walking through the restaurant I gave her a much deserved tip and just for the heck of it I gave an additional $5 to a different server who was really hustling as well a young girl with black curly hair I didn't catch your name it was my first time there but I was blown away everything tasted amazing! My older brother highly recommended this place but I didn't believe him at first LOL because most places are just the same old thing over and over 😏

It's been a while since I have had a good mess of turnip greens. The black eyed peas were excellent. The Catfish was really good. I didn't find anything that I didn't like. Grilled chicken salad was good too!

Just had another delicious breakfast. The service is even better than the food. April Upton is our favorite waitress and one of the main reasons we frequent Dan’s.
If she ever chose to leave Dan’s we would follow her to her new place.
Hope this never happens. April, Lexi, and Tammy are what make Dan’s a great place to visit.

Consistently slow service. the cashier/manager(?) was too busy on a personal phone call to acknowledge me outside of taking my money.
The food is good at a fair price, just don't go if you are in a hurry. I don't blame the waitress, it's obviously poorly managed and maybe a shortage of kitchen staff.
I have been there 5 times and this has been consistent.

We were told it would be 45 minute wait for food. Okay, no biggie, they were busy! An hour and a half wait for food. Our waitress came by only 4 times, once to take our order. Once to bring drinks, once to refill drinks before food we got our food. Once to bring our food and check and once more to see if we needed a refill. We were there over 2 hours.

I can tell you that Dan never compromises on quality products and every plate made is held to a standard of uncompromising perfection or as close as possible!
Sunday morning breakfast. Service was quick and polite. Food was hot and delicious. Fried potatoes from Dan's are wonderful. Prices are fair and reasonable. Place could use some sprucing up. Outside awnings are torn and windows were not very clean. New carpeting and lighting would make a great improvement.
Parking: Back side of the lot is gravel with many ruts, maybe due to semis parked for hotel next door

I am a Hispanic teacher from Texas. My husband and I take a two week road trip every summer. A lot of times we like to stop and eat at local restaurants to give back to the communities instead of chain merchants. Today, we stopped to eat breakfast at Dan's I-30 Diner in Benton, Arkansas. We ordered well before two other customers. Yet, they were served way before us. After waiting 20 to 25 minutes for our food, we got up and offered to pay for our drinks and left. I am not saying they were prejudice nor am I saying that they weren't. But that's how they came across and made us feel. I would not recommend this place at all.

The bacon was overcooked and was deep fried not good. The waitresses were friendly and doing there job. But the people cooking the food was not very fast. People were walking out cause the food was taking to long to be prepared. My husband and I sit there for over a hour just for breakfast. Might or might not be back.
