Great food, great service, and awesome frozen custard

It was such a wonderful time! We went last Sunday, Ive never had service so great! Especially from the purple haired manager, she was outstanding. A good sight to look at too, she's got a pretty face and a nice rack but then she turns around and you get to see her mighty nice rear! Made my womanly heart flutter! Will come again!

Ordered a veggie burger. They decided to give me a double cheeseburger instead. Not going back. Their veggie burger used to be good, too, so it's a shame.

We were headed out of town and decided to grab a quick lunch before hitting the road. We saw this place and figured a hamburger would hit the spot. OMG they knocked it out of the park! One of the best burgers we have ever eaten! They did everything right! I also had the peanut butter and banana sundae and finished off that slice of heaven fulfilled to the max. What a great place to visit!

Usually decent. I like the deserts the most wish the fries were "normal" size and not those super thin tid bits. Patty melt is my favorite sandwich.

Burgers never disappoint! Always clean and a friendly atmosphere!

Parking: Never an issue with finding a spot.

Kid-friendliness: They have booster seats and kidmeals. The babies love the prizes.

Every time we go to Little Rock we stop at Freddys in Benton. Friday, July 12th was no exception. When we walked in sweet Nicole greeted us with a sweet smile and ready to take our order. She was helpful in helping me decide what burger I was wanting. Nicole definitely has great customer service, and you can tell she takes pride in her job. My burger fries were delicious and prepared just right. Big shout out to the cook and the person who put my burger together. We also ordered the Turtle for dessert, oh my was it delicious! Benton, you guys rock!

Waited 30 minutes for a concrete. 4 orders on the screen, 12 workers behind the counter. 30 minutes to find out they gave my order to the drive thru.

Update: 07/28/24
Very disappointed in today's dinner visit. We ordered at drive thru and there seemed to be a lot of confusion. I ordered 2 Freddy's single combos, mayo, lettuce, pickles only. They came out mayo, mustard, tomato, and lettuce. No pickles and added tomatoes, which we are allergic too. Also, only 2 napkins and we received little to no ice. I would have hone in to get oder corrected, but too many people in line and not enough help. We cleaned our burgers of tomato, missed the pickles, and ate about half each.
Another interesting fact I noticed at the windows. My order had a small amount of change, which I didn't want. I told the young lady to keep it. She turned to a male co-worker and handed him the change, WHICH HE PUT IN HIS POCKET. Very unusual and unprofessional.
Not enough help. One person doing drive thru AND counter. Three people in the back standing around doing what appears to be nothing. Won't be back.
