The manager (Kara) was awesome. The server was doing what he could to take care of the guess, Kara was going to each table and getting everyone refills, taking dirty dishes to the back, and helping get everyone's tickets out. Pierre was the server he was very nice.. the place was busy but they did team work

I came to IHOP and around 12 today with my husband and this lady was so rude to this one guy. She was even calling him the N-word whenever he stepped away from the table. She and her mother were purposely making sure he couldn't take care of anybody with them and they were still making complaints. IHOP needs to treat their employees better and stand up for their employees in this kind of situation. He showed great customer service to us.

Stood 18 minutes waiting to be seated. Only 3 other patrons in restaurant. Family after us came in and waiter argued that the other family was there before us with the customer telling him no we were first. Sat another 16 minutes before we got our drinks. Then 15 minutes to get 2 burgers which were not correct. After 27 minutes still only 1 of us have silverware. Table beside us walked out due to horrific wait times. Benton ar IHOP has gone to poop. After getting our food wrong twice-- when I cancelled our order waiter sighed at me and slung my receipt at me. 2 drink for $7.72. paid for just our drinks and waiter disappeared WITH my change.

I went yesterday on Veterans Day 2025 and I wanted to give a huge shout out to the server yesterday evening named Pierre.

He appeared to be the only server in the restaurant at the time and was single-handedly taking care of all of the patrons. I think I counted him taking care of 10+ tables simultaneously.
Even though he was busy taking orders and running food to tables with other patrons, I never felt like he forgot about myself or any of the patrons around me.

Thank you so Pierre for your excellent customer service and attentiveness. 🖤🖤🖤 5 out of 5 stars for sure.

My party of 2 were seated and we were waiting approximately 20 minutes and never saw a server come to our table. During that time we saw 4 parties of sizes 3-4 people immediately get seated and get orders taken within seconds. I will not be coming back to this location.

Went in for breakfast spent 20 minutes waiting just to get asked a drink order while three other tables of guests received orders for drinks and their food, got up and walked out. Absolutely ridiculous, and it seems its always ihop that does this. I can walk into a fully packed waffle house and be seated and have an order taken well before that time.
