Look. We love JM. But every time we order online they mess up our order. Every single time!!
Was looking forward to try the new pastrami sandwich.. Was disappointed.. On a hot sandwich you'd expect the cheese to be melted onto the hot meat.. It wasn't.. The hot spicy mustard tasted like it was watered down.. The pastrami was fine though....

Went there last night, was super excited to eat my sub, never have had an issue with this location in general and I’ve been going there for years, but when I got home after picking up my food, my partners philly sandwich was not loaded like it normally would be from day-shift, or if we would’ve came in person. Not to mention we’ve both been sick all day from it. Normally I wouldn’t make accusations but we do honestly feel as if our food was tampered w because we’ve never had issues (stomach wise/food wise). It truly upsets me to because we spent so much on our food and we haven’t truly ate in a couple days and we wanted to treat ourselves.

$34 for 3 people. I’ll order from an actual restaurant next time, no better than subway. Lady said she’d call me when it was ready, it was ready for 10 minutes when I went up to get it, nobody called my name.

We stopped in on our drive back to Texas. They were really busy, with walk in orders and online orders. The employees didn’t miss a beat! They were friendly, kept ever everything moving. Will definitely keep this location in mind when traveling through again.

Great food, best sandwich chain in town for sure, customer service is always fantastic as well. Not a fan of the way management speaks to employees in front of customers, I’ve noticed it on multiple occasions ands it makes for awkward few minutes ?
