I love Jerseys Mikes, originally from Texas but here at the Benton location, they are rude to black people. They keep their nose stuck up in the air like black people doesn’t suppose to be in there. I went twice in one day and the young man with long hair was rude both times. I asked him to change his gloves and he said no and walked off the line. He was touching different orders and money and refused to change his gloves. They are very nasty.

This was the best wrap I have ever had! I ordered the Philly cheese beef wrap with extras and they were there!! This was DELICIOUS, the wrap was hot and fresh, I was thrilled! I ordered from the benton location last week and had a great experience then as well. Just wanted to share how happy this meal has made me today!! Thank you to all the kind and hardworking staff this busy nurse absolutely appreciated it!

If you never stop here, you’ve done something right. After a horrible experience beforehand we thought we’d give jersey mikes a shot since they have gluten free bread options.The workers were less than enthused to be there or that we were there, I informed them that I wasn’t sure how the ordering worked there and expected to be able to put toppings on my sandwich. You obviously don’t get toppings on a Philly chicken and it wasn’t even half full of toppings! We planned on sharing a regular but were never given the option and the giant wasn’t even close to a “giant” sandwich. It was horrific. And now we both feel terrible. No thanks. Way to blow that shot jersey mikes. And to top it off it was TWENTY TWO DOLLARS FOR ONE SANDWICH!

I eat here on occasion with my Dad and we love it here. Last night we got food to go and when we got home it was wrong for our first time in like 20 visits. Had to go back and get it corrected but 1 in 20+ visits is still great for a restaurant. Place looks great, nice employees, definitely food worth the trip.
I placed a Mobile order at 11:13am this morning and my pick up time was 11:28am. Got over there a few minutes before that and wanted to check up on my order. They told me that it was "making its way don't the line" but when I looked down they were making other sandwiches, my tortilla wasn't anywhere I could see it. I mentioned it to the woman behind the counter and she said they are cutting the meat for it but they were not and she started getting rude with me. Seeing that my food was still not done I ran right down the road to Scooters, I was gone about 10-15 minutes and I came right back. When I got back my wrap was still NOT DONE. I check on my order again and the woman behind the counter started being even more rude. About 5 or so more m8nutes of waiting for my single wrap, and seeing several other people leaving before me, I finally got mine. I got out to the car and went to check it. It looked terrible. It was literally FALLING apart! The tortilla looked like it was ripped to shreds and the contents were falling out of it. I come here a lot with my family and the staff is normally really nice but today it was terrible. There were two woman that were just outright rude and had an attitude with me and another customer. I waited another 5 or 6 minutes, 2 more people left with their food, and I finally get mine, I watched them do it, They were finally able to do it correctly and it actually looked like a wrap. I was really close to just telling them to give me a refund, even after remaking it, they still had an attitude with me, she even tried shoving it into my hand. This was just absolutely ridiculous.
