We were extremely disappointed with Loblolly. We had placed and paid for an ice cream order ahead of time for our school’s prom night, only to find out the shop was closed with no warning or communication whatsoever. This was a special night for our students, and we were counting on this order as part of the celebration. Not only did it let us down, but there was no apology, update, or explanation. Unprofessional and truly frustrating—especially when you’re dealing with a prepaid order and a meaningful event.

Highway robbery this place is known for. $8.00's for 3 small scoops of Ice Cream with the taste of a Walmart brand. $9.00 for one scoop Sunday. First and last time we will buy here. Family of three got to cone and a Sunday and was almost$40. Bucks and it wasnt any better than a Walmart Brand Ice cream. What a sad rip off.

My fiancee and I decided to treat ourselves to some ice cream last night. We placed our order through door dash. I ordered an apple pie sundae but they were out of the pie bars, our dasher called and asked what they could replace it with. I asked instead of the sundae can I please just get a pint of ice cream they immediately said yes when our treats arrived to our door I noticed the bag was really heavy. The staff member still gave me my sundae as well as the pint. What a delightful surprise. Thank you so much
