We were extremely disappointed with Loblolly. We had placed and paid for an ice cream order ahead of time for our school’s prom night, only to find out the shop was closed with no warning or communication whatsoever. This was a special night for our students, and we were counting on this order as part of the celebration. Not only did it let us down, but there was no apology, update, or explanation. Unprofessional and truly frustrating—especially when you’re dealing with a prepaid order and a meaningful event.
Loblolly ice cream…So rich, so creamy, so good!!! It’s not your typical fluffy stuff from the carton stuff here! It’s dense, creamy, rich, and delicious 😋 Tastes more like a custard-level goodness here, and that’s the absolute best you can get with ice cream! We can’t wait to go back to this Loblolly! The atmosphere is quaint, fresh, and friendly! Meander out to the back area, sit on the swing, or picnic tables, and savor every creamy bite of deliciousness Loblolly has to offer 😋❤️🍨.

Highway robbery this place is known for. $8.00's for 3 small scoops of Ice Cream with the taste of a Walmart brand. $9.00 for one scoop Sunday. First and last time we will buy here. Family of three got to cone and a Sunday and was almost$40. Bucks and it wasnt any better than a Walmart Brand Ice cream. What a sad rip off.
