I eat here once a month while visiting family in Benton; I have to admit we get the same meal each time. However, those chicken strips with potatoes and gravy are always great! Fast service whether I order online or in person. Polite help and management at the counter. They must be doing something right, this KFC is always busy!

I ordered online today to feed my family after church. I ordered the 16 piece meal with 4 sides and a box of chicken tenders.
When we got home we had 8 thighs, 4 wings and 4 legs.
This has always been my go-to chicken restaurant but spending $72.00 for a meal and not getting it right is no good.
Food was nasty couldn't eat it it smelled so bad had to find a trash can and throw it away

Food was cooked in OLD BURNT GREASE. Very dry and burnt. Asked for fresh pieces and was told that they had just come out of the fryer. They were basically all crust.
