Beautiful & Quaint Coffee House -Customer Service was Excellent- Their menu has an array of flavors for all kinds of coffee - protein smoothies - w/ great attention to detail for customers w/ all types of allergies- they offer homemade breakfast pastries - my favorite was the lil pancake muffins - they offer an array of homemade food for lunch too. The atmosphere w/ the comfy couches & chairs is soo welcoming. The music played is very relaxing & fun♡♡

I really wanted to love this place, and love to support local but my experience just wasn’t that great. While the location is adorable and comfortable with cute ambiance and a great drink selection, the care afforded to my order was just not stellar. I ordered avocado toast and they didn’t toast the bread- it was just a piece of soft bread with the avocado and was mushy and soggy, they forgot my friend’s order entirely and had to be reminded, and when I went to place a to-go order for a drink for my spouse in the way out, the staff member rolled their eyes and seemed annoyed to be helping. Definitely willing to give it another go, but so far the food wasn’t great and the service definitely needed a bit of work.

Koffee with a Kause is such a welcoming spot! They roast their own beans, and you can taste the quality in every cup. The service is amazing too; the staff are super friendly and thoughtful, making sure you feel right at home. With plenty of seating, it’s perfect for catching up with friends, getting some work done, or just enjoying a quiet moment.
I absolutely LOVE Koffee With A Kause!! It’s the perfect place to meet friends, do Bible study, or work on your laptop! My favorite thing about this place is that they can make almost any drink on the menu sugar free—even pumpkin or marshmallow syrup! Most coffee shops I’ve been to only offer sugar free vanilla and/or caramel syrups. My go-to drink is an iced Drops of Heaven, sugar free, with almond milk! I’ve tried several drinks on their menu (hot and cold) and I can tell you it’s all good! Plus, the food is really good!! Of course the baby-cakes are a MUST HAVE, but I’d also suggest trying the croque madame, avocado toast with egg, and BEC bagel! I love the location of KWAK, and did I mention they roast their beans in-house?!? The only thing I would change is to expand and make the shop bigger with more tables!

I’ve been going here for 5 years now, and they are consistent every single time! The coffee is absolutely fantastic no matter which way you get it, the breakfast is made with love(you can tell by how delicious it is)! And the best part, every single time I’m there, everyone who works there is above and beyond nice and helpful! They have locations in Benton and Bryant, so there is absolutely no reason to give big corporate Starbucks your money, just saying. KWAK gives back to the people and community is always on their priority list! I love love love them ❤️❤️❤️
