I am new to Arkansas and I love this restaurant. I have gone several times this summer. It has been great service and fantastic food. The hamburger is perfect. It reminds me of the burger at Chili’s but waaaaayyyyy better!! I love the onions chopped up with lettuce on my burger. The fries are always freshly cooked. And don’t forget to get yourself a butterscotch milkshake. Today I went and to my surprise, they have my favorite type of dessert, bread pudding. 👏🏼✨🤍 it was delicious!!

So I pull up. No customers. I wanted to order ice cream cone. That is all, an ice cream cone. Finally someone acknowledged me and said it would be a few minutes. Another worker was walking around doing really nothing but walking around. After not being waited on I finally just left
Worst service ever. Waited a half an hour for fries and a shake. No one would help after taking the order. Finally after asking for our food, they have our fries and fritters, ice cold from the back, Shake’s melted, they tried to sell it anyway. No thanks

Just went there really excited for my birthday with my family. After letting my baby play in the dirt for half an hour, watching everyone who was there before and after us when we ordered get their food, we finally asked if there was a problem with our order. Lady said “it’s here” and without a beat tried to sell us our COLD food and melted shakes.
Extremely disappointed. So sorry there’s people who do this in the restaurant industry. They knew we were out there waiting too. Don’t try to pretend, no way you can.
