This Kroger is HORRIBLE. this is the second time I’ve sat in pickup waiting for my order for over an hour. Why am I paying the fee for pickup if I could’ve shopped for my items within 10 minutes? Completely ridiculous. Also all of their fruit is moldy or squished. I called for a manager multiple times, no answer.

Your unisex restroom are nasty. Makes me wonder how clean the back of the store is kept!

Every time I shop here, I have to leave within 10 minutes. The music is horrendously loud. Are you trying to make sure people that are hard of hearing can bop along to it? I just left to go to another grocery store because I couldn't even think. My advice is to go back to look at that marketing strategy. People do not stay in stores longer if the music is loud.

Kroger sent us a flyer recommending their ‘order pick up’ service. We had never tried it before, but decided to give it a shot. We spent an hour or so filling our online shopping cart and placed an order online. The next day they canceled our order and said they didn’t have enough staff to fill our order. Thanks Kroger.

I know there are a lot of option for pizza in the area but I love this one! First off, I love the concept that every in the family can get a pizza that fits their taste. I can get chicken BBQ, my husband pepperoni, one kid gets cheese, and one gets half pepperoni/half cheese- and it’s all very yummy (and (QUICK!). Their salad is very good, and so are their desserts. Try them! They have a kids eat free day, and always have deals going on through their app. (Plus I know the owner and he and his wife are fantastic people; even if I didn’t, I love supporting locally owned businesses and hope you’ll give them a try!)

I don’t under why my order are late every single time!! When I pick a pickup time I would love to have my groceries in that time. Not 3-5hours later. What the problem?? Definitely very disappointed. Last time I never got a phone call and I showed up for my order. A lady answered and when I told her my name she got so rude and raised her voice saying our order isn’t ready that she called us but she could leave a voice mail cause we don’t have ours set up. One first of all she didn’t need to be rude. I’m sorry that I showed up for MY TIME SLOT. But she said it will be ready in two more house. Lies!! Took 5 more hours and proceeded to ca us at 7:45pm. I live an hour away.

Pharmacy performance has gone downhill. Too many new employees who know nothing about patients. Not enough staff, wait time for pickup is over 30 minutes.

I don't know what has happened with your grocery pickup service, but it is horrible. Several nights ago I waited for my order for over an hour and when they finally brought it to me, they didn't substitute two things. The manager got extremely rude when I told him I guarantee I could walk in the store and find the exact substitutes for what I ordered. He said I wouldn't talk to him that way and why don't I try asking if they could go look! If i did that,, then they would be m

I will not be using the clicklist again...and may end up shopping somewhere else altogether. My order was scheduled to be picked up between 5 and 6. I got there at 5:30 and was told it wasn’t ready. They were still shopping for it. I asked how long it would be and he said he had no idea. The last two times I did clicklist at least they called me to say they were running late and asked me to show up a little later. After waiting 45 minutes I tried calling the clicklist number

I recommend you teach your staff proper mask wearing. As I was shopping In the produce section on 6-27-20 an older gentleman who was stocking the cucumbers and other items in that section starting coughing and hacking nonstop. His mask was below his nose and mouth. He continued to put out the vegetables afterwards. Acted like nothing was wrong. Multiple customers saw this. If someone is going to be handling the produce at least wear the mask properly while on the floor.
