They NEVER have “Hot & Ready” pizza. The best thing about Little Caesars pizza is suppose to be 1) affordability, and 2) convenience. Literally every time we try to go there to grab some pizza, no matter what time of the day, they don’t have anything ready which results in a 20-30 minute wait time.

I mean could be better but with the new crew. Of people that working there it takes forever to get your order sometimes 30 minutes your best bet is to head on to the Little Caesars in Bryant they are better on time waiting

Went through the drive thru and they said it’d be 25 minutes until they had ANY pizza or crazy bread ready. Pulled around and went inside and all of the racks were completely full, got the crazy bread and pizza immediately. Not sure why whoever was working the drive thru insisted they had nothing ready when clearly they did. Terrible service on their part.

My family & I went on a busy Saturday afternoon. There were quite a few orders ahead of ours, so the wait was pretty lengthy. However, when we did get our order. That was some of the best pizza we’ve ever eaten. Half was filled with veggies because we ordered half of our pizza as a supreme pizza. We could tell that all our veggies were freshly cut & not previously frozen. Whomever prepared our order prepared it with such care. Thank you sincerely. My family & I enjoyed every bite of it.

Wow ended up going back in at 7:00pm and they gave my pizza to someone else !!!!!! So I didn't get my pizza tell 7:45pm!!!!!! So mad we missed church and had eat dinner so late .. do better please !!!

I ordered my pizza at 5:20 p.m. it's now 6:30 p.m. drove through the drive-thru they told me 15 minutes my online order showed to be done at 6:30 and the order hasn't even been put in the oven yet the lady at the window said ma'am we have 19 orders to be filled for hot and ready I think the online order should be priority and this place should hire more people to cover the staff for making the food that's online because there is door dashers that are getting paid hardly nothing an hour that are waiting and now it's 635 and my pizza is still not done she told me 20 more minutes ....!!!! This is not okay because I have kids in school I ordered foor confidence of the food being ready before church ..... Not okay and will be using Bryant from now on

This place is ran by a bunch of incompetent people. They gave the person in front of me a refund for ruining that guests experience. Then came my turn and my order took longer than expected and the app send me a code indicating it was ready when it reality it was not ready. It was never placed in the pizza portal. You LIERS! My order was eventually handed to me and the box was full of sauce! What a mess! You guys waste my time and everybody else time! Seriously get competent people, this is not the first time this happens. My order number was 1159732. Attn upper management please fix this ASAP!

I don't think there's been one time in the over 5 years that I've gone here that my order has ever been ready on time. I can place it hours in advance and it will still be 30 to 45 minutes after my order supposed to be ready that I finally get it.

i showed up early for my mobile order and the lady told me it would be 10 minutes which was fine. 10 min. later she tells me they’re actually thawing stuff out for my pizza and it’ll be 15 minutes. i leave and come back and the lady avoided me at the window. they also marked my order as in the oven 3 min. after i placed it. just be honest and i wont be mad! 1⭐️ 5🍅

8:30 on a Sunday. No one in the building or drive thru right when church lets out. “We don’t have anything ready and it’s about a 25 minute wait”. It’s always something at the Military Rd location. Fight involving police when management wouldn’t give the pizza to a lady and wouldn’t give a refund either. Outrageous wait times. Make sure you check your order. You won’t get your sauce you pay extra for, ever. At least this young lady was polite, though they don’t seem to be cooking pizzas on this shift. I miss Bryant. They were Pro’s!

Waited almost an hour for two orders of Crazy Puffs. Ordered using the App and arrived at the store at the time the order tracker said they would be done. Went in to collect the order and the employee said that my order had been given to someone else and they would have to remake one of the items. Understandable, but an hour Lisa excessive to wait for a simple item. When I did receive the order it was hot and the employee I dealt with was very apologetic.
