Just left here without any food because we sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes and nobody would answer the speaker. So then went inside instead and all the workers ignored us and wouldn’t take our order. We were even able to get one lady’s attention but she just stared at us for a few seconds and went back to looking at her phone. The Benton location has always been the worst and I’m done giving them anymore chances/business.

Worst Little Caesars ever. They're Moto at this location is definitely not Hot N Ready. More like ready when they feel like it. Rude as hell and pizza is always cold or not available. Sad part is the crazy bread which is basically idiot proof to make, always has a 20 to 30 minutes wait. Please shut it down or do way better. Theyve gone down hill fast ever since that new building was built and theyoved and it's sad. Should've made it better not a 100 times worse

Place an order for 1 pizza 30 minutes before arrival time pull up to the drive-through window waited 5 minutes employee finally comes to the window and says I would need to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for 1 pizza. Asked for a refund and was told they don’t do refunds. What a waste of $10!

Cameron was doing a great job keeping both the drive through and counter moving smoothly he was also so friendly, and Bethany the manager on duty was also so helpful making sure I had everything I needed. The whole crew was working so hard tonight.
