Got the food finally and it was cooked over an hour ago, room temperature and hard as a brick from sitting there. Worst pizza place around. You walk in and nobody says a word to you. Every time I order a half and half I always get a solid pepperoni pizza. I guess they can't read and they only reason I say that is I've had more wrong pizzas than correct. Over all crappy place even more crappy people and dirty grubby store. Don't go here I know it's cheap but you can cook a frozen pizza faster and it's better!! Don't go here

They never answer calls for order's. There wasn't a single thing ready & was told at least a 30min wait. So we took our business elsewhere.
Yall might as well shut down. Placed an online order, had to wait for it to get made when I got there 5 minutes after it was supposed to be made. It was literally a cheese pizza. If I hadn't already paid, I wouldn't have even waited. Any other pizza place in town is faster than yall. It's the worst service I've ever seen. Only good part was the guy in the drive thru, and I feel sorry for him having to apologize for his fellow employees incompetence.

Melissa & the crew that was on shift tonight was out of this world incredible! I had a crazy day, wanted to swing through to grab food & go home. I arrived to pick up my order & there was a hiccup due to being busy. No problem, because everyone has those kind of days. Melissa was so polite & handled the chaos with grace! Big Thanks also to the gentleman who walked my food to my car as i had my hands full with my nephew. If you want CUSTOMER SATISFACTION….. THIS IS YOUR PLACE💯💁🏼♀️

My wife called and ordered our pizza. Two stuffed crust pizzas. They said it would be ready between 6:55 and 7:00. Twenty minutes later it's still not ready. They gave us someone else order and ours is still not ready. Jared is the manager on duty tonight at the Benton location and the staff is very unprofessional and rude. They have not greeted me or even takin the time to say anything to anyone waiting in their lobby. By 7:35 our order was finally ready. I get it home. And I'm missing our breadsticks. I had to go back up there, waited for 10 minutes in the lobby before someone came out of the back. He gave me the breadsticks and just walked off. Didn't bother to throw in any extra or make it right. The whole time I hear the staff cussing and talking trash about people while myself and others wait on the lobby.I would not recommend this location. And we will not be back to this location at all. Extremely horrible service. The pizza tasted horrible, not what it normally tastes like and the establishment was very dirty!!!!

Ordered online and when I arrived they told me to pull around the front to wait for the order even though I was the only person there. After waiting about 15 minutes and 6 cars had come and gone I finally went inside to see where my order was and they still hadn’t even started making it! I saw a gentleman walk out with my exact order and he showed up 15 minutes after me! The service needs improvement because the wait time was terrible!

Ok I need refund. Store worker we can not refund the order.. Soooo were do we go from here. Then the manager didn't have time to talk was busy.
This is the moment there must be a hidden camera but no no joking just total lack of customer service or even care. After speaking to the employees a little more I got the truth there was not a manager onsite they would go around wall and call a manager for help that was not on duty
We all have bad days or people call in I get it but the management has to step up in those moments and run a business when your taking people money.
Also fell bad for employees they are gutted by lack of leadership and care of there value.
Ownership and management has to do better just try to do good things it goes a long way treat people as you expect to be treated it's not to complicated.

If you are willing to wait 30 min to 1 hour after your projected pickup time, then you should visit this location. 3x in a row now this has been our experience. Stood for 10-15min without someone even coming close to acknowledging me at the front of the store with 4other customers waiting behind me.

Every single time I come it’s an unbelievable wait time. I have to wait in my car ( there’s nothing wrong with that) but sitting there for 30+ minutes every time is ridiculous for a pizza and some bread sticks.
