We were talking at church it takes us we have to call there at least three times to get them to pick up the phone to take an order.. what's the deal .. someone mentioned it at church and we all jumped on it said my gosh we agree everybody went on and on and I've just tried I've called three times and I'm about to call my fourth.. really sorry service.. they need new people there

Well, even though this is my second favorite pizza place. They tried to pull a fast one on this former assistant manager tonight. My wife and I ordered our unique pizza on the before we left Haskell. The pizza they prepared for our order was given to us on time, but...I ordered extra sauce, extra toppings, and extra cheese. What I received was the hot and ready pre-prepped pizza base (not fresh dough, not extra sauced). Pizza wasn't cut well at all had no extra cheese nor extra toppings. Not pleased with it. Now waiting 30 more minutes for the replacement. If didn't love the pizza so much, I would've gotten my money instead.30 minutes has gone... people have ordered and received there pizzas even though I ordered before 5. It's now 6:33.

The last few times we've got an order, the pizza was horrible. Today we ordered online again, got the pizza home and the crust was flat, hard and hardly any cheese sauce, it was the pretzel crust pizza. If you ever try to call them they never answer the phone no matter what time of day it is, that is extremely frustrating to a customer especially when we pay our hard-earned money to get a product that isn't good!!! Then to top it off you can't even get a hold of anyone and when you do they have attitudes!! Very disappointed ☹️ customer service is NOT what it used to be!!

I absolutely love Little Caesars Pizza but the service hasn't been on top of their game lately, well actually since the past 5 or 6 months. It's not been fast like it used to be.
Never has the signature hot and ready pizza available during what would be considered a dinner rush, always have to wait 30+minutes.
