I haven't had McDonald's in a while and now I may never eat it again. I had to throw my breakfast burritos away they were not fit to eat. I waited 10 minutes for cold burritos that were stuck to the wrappers. Absolutely disgusting 🤢 no worries I will not be back. You should also put the phone back on the hook so people can call your store.

The fact that you wait in a line for 30 min before they take your order and then wait another 15 min to get your food. This is not fast food. You can go to a restaurant that actually cooks fresh and it take less time. Maybe if they could keep the store staffed would help but who knows at this point.

Orders are are wrong 9 of 10 times. There going to also ask you to pull forward even with no one else in line. They are more worried about a timer than fixing the problems to have a fast speedy and accurate business.

Opens at 5AM but will not receive service from any employee. Attempted to order for 15+ minutes with no response at the speaker. Drove to the window to see two employees on their phones. Considering they were supposed to open 15 minutes prior, we took a chance at politely tapping on the window. Even at that point, we were completely ignored and the employees refused to acknowledge us. Attempted to call the store only to receive a busy signal. Multiple vehicles behind us were deliberately ignored as well. Went to the Alcoa located and received service immediately. Don’t bother stopping here unless you want to be dismissed by their employees. 11/16/25

It looks like a typical connection to a store area that most wouldn't stop by for Mickey Ds, but the folks are super polite, the service is way baetter than most MC Donalds, and the food is perfectly cooked and fast.
