There have been countless instances where me and a couple other people have gone here for dinner and we consistently get bad service or lackluster performance when it comes to the food. 9 times out of 10, the fries are unsalted and more than a couple of times our food has been wrong; missing a main aspect of the meal. (such as an absence of bacon from a bacon and cheese quarter pounder) The customer service is usually unenthusiastic to say the least, but to be fair, when the service isn’t lacking, it’s extremely good.

The manager guy here, is ride as all get out. Didn't even have his headset on while he had a line of people moral of the story, tht place is horrible at customer service, especially during the holidays.
I have lived in the area for 10 years and this location has consistently sucked. Waits are long food is meh and your order will be wrong almost everytime It will either be missing half or not your order at all. I spend 6 months a year traveling and have been all over the country and this is without a doubt the worst location I have ever been too.
