The little boy that was taking order and preparing the food to be handed over didn't even give us half what we ordered. When I go back in and ask for said items he gets rude and of course his mom wanted to tell me to check myself bc that is her baby. Mind you he is very much an adult. I understand defending your children God know I will but when they catch an attitude they going to check it back as an adult. McDonald's needs to do better. No this man was not in any way mentally disabled so don't even start that.

We arrived on our travel route, my 10-year-old son ordered breakfast, and took his pancakes along the way, when he ate them he found a piece of metal between them, I don't want to imagine if a younger child would have eaten this ðŸ˜

I don't normally write reviews, but McDonald's on Alcoa definitely earned this one. After a long night at work, I swung by this location and was pleasantly surprised with the service here. That girl, Melissa, who took my order, she's sweeter than a McD's apple pie! Even though there were several cars in front of me, and a few behind me, she managed to make my day with her warm and pleasant attitude. I'll definitely be going back, and hope she stays, because she sure knows how to make a customer feel welcome and appreciated. My food was fresh and delivered quickly, and the fries were actually fresh! Y'all are the best, night crew! Melissa, you earned yourself a regular customer. Thank you for your sweet & kind words. Ten stars out of five! Keep up the great work!

Lady who took my order and money was friendly and professional. Without her, this would be 1 star review. Gal at food window did not speak 1 word to me, would not look at me.... and shorted us 1 order of fries. As I was driving thru area, I did not have opportunity to go back and have them correct it. Definitely steer away from this one if this gals actions are typical.

Order a 10-piece chicken nugget with barbecue sauce and I got no barbecue sauce doesn't sound like a big deal but when you're just driving through you expect an order that simple to have barbecue sauce in it

Decided to leave this review while sitting in reserved spot waiting on my food. It’s been about 15 minutes and 4 other cars are also pulled in reserved that pulled in after me. I see employees joking around and playing and also a few other cars who are getting their food. Not sure what the problem here is but the manager needs to closely examine the employees he has here at this hour (9:00pm)
Update: finally get my food get home and it’s missing sauces lol thanks McDonald’s!
