Starts out wanting to order the Grinch meal. Oh we are out and then the roller coaster ride begins. When ordering you say you want the sandwich only, that does not include a coke or any other thing as a side that you want to charge.. 30 minutes for fast food. Really how is that fast. I could have went to Kroger just to the rear of the store, bought hamburger meat went home and cooked it faster. Don't be that person that constantly asks is that all every time a customer says something. And still get the order screwed up. Must not need an education to work in fast food anymore. Best bet people is stay clear of this McDonald's.

We were there from time of order 5:53PM-6:39PM before getting our food. Fries were old & cold & fish sandwiches were cold. Yes they were short staffed & a bit busy but come on almost an hour is a little ridiculous to not even grt fresh hot food!. PLUS they are out of the Grinch meal which was really our whole intention on going there.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Took almost 30 mins to get our food with several others waiting in line as well yall wonder why these reviews are bad is bc of bad management and that the workers doesn't know what there doing and wonder why people been getting mad. This isn't the first time either

The Steak, Egg & Cheese Bagel at this McDonald's was disappointed at best. It's more of a hamburger type steak rather than the real steak patty. The Bagel was hard and not fresh at all!!
Ordered a mocha from them that came cold to the touch…took a sip and noticed it was extremely bitter and opened it up to find these disgusting chunks of god knows what. Do NOT waste your time and money at this place!! they clearly do not care about sanitation here, this is the first time in my life having something this disgusting happen while grabbing food. Imagine if it was your kids or someone you cared about receiving something of this quality. Honestly an embarrassment that this place is still up and running
