Apparently the New Trend at McDonald's is Pay More and Get Way Less if you have compared the ig Mac Bun to the one's that used to be served. The Buns are now down to 2/3rd's the size they once were; and with just A SMALL DROP of Big Mac Sauce Dabbed Onto The Burger. I thought that this Really sucked. And, this has absolutely nothing to do with COVID. IT DOES However, HAVE EVERYTHING TO DO WITH CORPORATE GREED. Justa Sayin', though.

The manager, DeShana, was very rude to me. Spoke to me as if I were a child of here's. When she didn't like that I called her on her attitude, she turned away from me in dismissal. I then told her I would call the corporate office to complain about her attitude and her whole attitude changed. I will not be using this McDonald's again because her. Bypass this restaurant if you're able. They want your money and talk down to you. Unacceptable.

Order two double cheeseburgers mayo and pickles only had to say it twice and they said it back to me! I drive all the way home and nope regular cheeseburgers. People just don't care anymore. It will be the last time I go to Benton McDonald!! Y'all stink !!

Service was terrible because the short employee took my order mistake my cup size for happy meals when it should've been small and bring their manager and she was rude and made me paid extra for the cups and make me paid again which that was ridiculous that mcdonalds needs better management
I buy plain cheeseburgers for my 19 yr old dog there, it hasn't killed her so..

I used my points to get a free happy meal only because i wanted the croc keychain toy,i didnt want the food or drink or anything,just the croc keychain just to get it and not get the toy when it was shown as available on the app.Instead,i got a toy from a movie that came out 2 years ago.I only got it for the croc keychain that i didnt even end up getting so there was basically no point in me even using my points,i wasted my points for nothing.In fact,this isnt the only time i get my order messed up,me and my family dont even like to eat at mcdonalds anymore just because the workers at this restaurant never get an order right.If i can get food somewhere i never get it at mcdonalds.
