Newk’s is one of our favorite restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful to my group of adults with intellectual disabilities. Tiffany the GM helped 2 of my friends with a meal order mistakes. She was very sweet.

While dining, an older woman came in and was struggling to put her jacket on. An employee was kind enough to come around the desk to assist her. She then proceeded to very patiently explain ingredients in several meal options until the older woman was ready to make her selection. It was very kind of the young woman and exactly how I'd want my mother or grandmother treated.
