Been here several times. All is good. But prices are so over priced. I have said I wouldn't be back before. But 2 weeks ago when we went, our ticket for 2 was $60. With only 1 tea and dipping sauce for bread as an appetizer. And 2 meals. That's way too much for chicken and noodles.

Food is great, however the classic Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo is not what I remember. The balsamic vinegar was over powering the flavor and the blue cheese was way to tarat. A little pricey as well.

My parents went on there for my uncles birthday on 1-18-25 and ordered after getting their drinks they ordered their meal waiting for 20 minutes for their food they asked about it and they were told it was given to another table. They then had to wait again for their food and when something was mentioned about it being the second time they ordered that they should have gotten it for free then they were told that since they accepted it that they couldn’t discount it. This is unacceptable and was a mistake on the part of the restaurant and they should have been compensated for the time and trouble. I will also be taking further action because you can’t treat people this way.

The servers were bunched in a group ignoring us after attempting to flag them down twice and we waited for 25 minutes and no one ever came to the table they sat us at. We left because that was ridiculous. Customer service skills need addressed in the next meeting.

Came in to eat just before 8:00p. Service and food were good, but we felt very "rushed" the whole time like they couldn't wait for us to eat and leave, running the vacuum around us and hurried by the waitress.

Upon entering this Olive Garden location one will be greeted with the smell of kitchen sewage. After walking into this horrendous smell I figured I would still give it a try so I sat down and ordered my food I ordered salad and shrimp Alfredo my salad never came to the table and when my Alfredo came to the table it literally smelled like kitchen sewage I did eventually get my salad I honestly was so disgusted by the smell I couldn’t finish eating and didn’t even take my food with me when I left. I have also worked in the food service industry and I know the smell of kitchen sewage It is a smell I will never Forget. And being able to smell this means there’s something disgusting going on in the kitchen I will never eat this location again

I'll start by saying I love Olive Garden, that's why this experience is so saddening. I ordered a shrimp scampi to go, with extra scampi sauce, no asparagus, add broccoli. When I got home with my order I had no broccoli, who i paid extra for, and barely any scampi sauce. After mixing my food the noodles were so dry and tastes. I am very disappointed that I wasted my money.

Music is loud and very annoying at this Olive Garden. It is show tunes and very alive annoying tunes. Not calm music. Way too loud to have a conversation. We love the booths and food. We were there at an off time so asked for the music to be different or not so loud. It didn’t work.

The manager and waiter were so fake nice to me and my friends we were eating and the waiter was nice until my friend was putting her alcohol beverage in a different in a to go cup because the original glass cup had huge crack and she scared that it was going break and it was sticky so she switched it but as soon as she place it down the waiter came and snatched and scratched her on side of her arm not caring and saying you can’t take beverages home even though no one said we were. and ran to the back to throw it away and then we told the lady the main owner about the tip to give it back on one of the tickets because attitude like that she not be rewarded even though it was three dollars it could have been 30 but I took my 27 dollars of the table because some people should not be working there in that industry. Anyway the lady told us you can’t take it even though we said we weren’t we just need the to go cup and she okay well let me give the tip but she has to finish paying the rest of the bill and we did and told her and she said we are charging you the alcohol beverage because it not free in a snarky attitude and roll her eye and that ways not even the problem the problem was she didn’t acknowledged how the water was and both times we tried to tell her she swayed the conversation away to her trying to take it home but all lies and when we left she say typical Mexicans if you can’t afford to come. If she wasn’t old I would have clocked so bad. And they also charged us again the food was good but not that service she had white hair maybe that’s a sign she should retire.

Since this location has opened I have gone there for my birthday (end of September) to get the all you can eat with my family. Well this year on the first bowl after about 2 bites there was along black hair in the pasta. Told the server to take mine off the bill, now mind you I asked for it to be taken off but was never offered anything else nor did a manager bother to come by and talk about the situation. The rest of the family finished there’s and we left, this will probably be the last time I ever go. DO BETTER & CARE

Probably the best Olive Garden chain in Arkansas. Everything is better here, including the service.

What can I say, it's Olive Garden. My wife and I have been to the Benton, AR location several times now. The food is what you would expect at the Olive Garden chain, but a level up. This location is very consistent regarding food and service, which in our experience has always been very good. This is a good location.
