Always delicious!
First time at this location, wasn’t happy with portion size. They skimp food noticeably
Love Panda Express. The menu is varied, the food is fresh, and the flavors are fabulous. This particular location is difficult to reach. It's on the I-30 frontage road but the turn into the parking lot is less that a block from the exit ramp so its a little harrowing trying to get there crossing the far right lane to reach the parking lot.
We had questions tonight… every time we asked they made it seem like it’s a problem. The girl on the register my receipt says Courtney S. So I’ll assume that’s who it was. She had an extremely nasty attitude. I will be contacting the owner of this location.
The new drinks my favorite!! The walnut shrimp my favorite and the chicken high quality. I only wish they would give more sauce when you order the beef and broccoli even when I ask i hardly have any sauce with the beef and broccoli 😑, dry beef and broccoli what is that.
Ordered delivery again and the food has gotten worse. The beef taste like liver, obviously fake beef, lap created. All fast food has no nutritional value. Stop ✋️
Edit: completely redeemed themselves with the MOST EXCELLENT SERVICE!
Ran out of veggie and told me it would at a minimum of 30 minutes before they can make more food.

We came at open, everything hot and fresh! Always my go to for healthy greens and teriyaki chicken! My 8 year old son loves his kids meal everytime!
Pro tip: When dining in ask to be served in a to go box. The plates are tiny so you get half the amount of food. The employees were great as always. I usually have no complaints but, this time nothing was fresh. Everything was dry/chewy & they were running low on every option. Instead of bringing out a new batch they were just being extra skimpy with portions to the point it almost felt like a joke. It made no sense bc they were pretty busy. It was a Friday evening Disappointing but, hoping they were just having an off day and will try again another time.

I ordered a plate of 2 entrees and one side for $10 but they charged me extra. Supposedly the black pepper steak is charged $1.50 additional. But that information is not written on the board. They know that but not the customer. By the way...very small amount of food. I was left hungry.

They food was fresh, but the Derby was not good. The cashier didn't know how to give change or add. She asked us to pull up and wait for grilled chicken, for 6 mins .. we agreed 28 mins later .... I had to go into the establishment and remind them. They asked me to wait 6 minutes then they looked at me like I was crazy and finally got my plate together.....
Vegetarian options: They have special greens or they have green beans or they have fish options. If you don't like meat but lots of vegetables stir fry. Chow mein spring rolls lots of vegetarian options
Dietary restrictions: They also have carb-free low-carb meals. You can have meat and vegetables. It's very nice

Panda is always good. Wish there was one in Little Rock! Portions are a bit small if you do drive thru.

Was in the area for a football game. It was a later game that ended around 9 p.m.
Went to this location because it showed to be open til 10 p.m.
Arrived around 9:15, ordered food, and when my family went to sit and eat, we were told that the lobby closed at 930 and we needed to leave. I looked at the door where the hours of operation showed 10 a.m.-10p.m. There was nothing stating that the lobby closed earlier. As we were an hour away from home, we had definitely planned to eat at the restaurant. I then asked to speak to the manager, to which I was told that he was outside sitting in his car. Ome employee went to get the manager. The manager never got out of his vehicle.
I think of your lobby hours are different from drive through, maybe state that in your hours of operation. Also if you're the manager at an establishment that is about to close, wouldn't you want to be in the restaurant amd not sitting in your car.
