Yes this is my first time at Papa John's in Benton Arkansas I've used to go to Papa John's when I lived in Tennessee but I hadn't had Papa John's in almost 30 years I ordered a fiery buffalo chicken with the epic crust jalapenos extra buffalo sauce with six spicy garlic sauce when I got home and open it up it was just a regular large Buffalo firing buffalo chicken no extra sauce my spicy garlic was not in there so I'm very disappointed in this and I already know they won't make it right 12-29-2025

I waited about an hour for a paid, scheduled pickup order thru the app.. the crew didn't seem like they wanted to work yesterday (24Nov25)... waited as patiently as I could while my stomach was having a business conference with my back... I was super hungry, ready to just eat some dough or even a pizza box because it was taking so long... very disappointed with that experience..

We ordered a large supreme pizza for delivery. Delivery driver was great despite being given only partial delivery instructions from the person who took our order. Our pizza was undercooked, with the flavor of a cardboard box and had a soggy, doughy crust. Worst pizza I’ve had in years.

I hadn’t ordered Papa John’s in almost 3 years after a bad experience at a location in Little Rock. This time, I decided to give it another try at this location, mainly because it was the only restaurant open at the time. I’m glad I did!
The service was excellent prompt, friendly staff, and my order was nearly ready when I arrived for pickup. The pizza tasted just as good as I remembered. Overall, a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back.

Best papa John’s I’ve been to by far. The papa tracker works great. The staff are awesome, 10/10 customer service, and hard working. Very kind people here.

It’s very typical of this location to take MUCH longer than the “estimated time” given on the app. On a few occasions, I’ve been given an estimated 35-45 minute time frame, arrived at the store within that window, only to find out my pizza hasn’t been prepped yet and have to wait another 30+ minutes. The pizza is usually fine, but I’ve had multiple bad pizzas.
