wonderful...hate that it is going out of business and being replaced with a purple cow! Red Robin is delicious, great atmosphere and excellent service.

The food is good. They ignored my family in the patio. Our table was skipped and the party seated after us got attended by the bartender. She did not care to ask us anything. Party of 2 adults and 3 kids with nothing but menus in the table and we completely kept getting ignored. Definitely did not feel welcomed. In the past we have been greeted by a lady manager and she asked us how everything went etc. Today I did not see her there. They were a mess.

3 kids and 2 adults. We were seated in the patio. We were completely ignored. 20mins later the bartender comes out and helps the party that sat down after us. Did not even acknowledge our presence. We simply walked out and nobody even noticed. This place was my favorite family spot. I'm not sure what happened today. Get your stuff together RED ROBIN!

Have eaten at Red Robin in many states, the food is consistently great. The Royal burger is my go-to, messy but perfect meal. The fried fish sandwich my wife has was amazing.

The food was good but my waitresses were terrible. They had my table waiting a long time for everything! We got no refills of water. We asked for artificial sugar for my diabetic patient, and it was about 16 minutes before it was given to her. They just need more experienced wait staff
