I've eaten at almost all the nice restaurants in central arkansas. This was 💯 everyone enjoyed their meal. Atmosphere nice. Hostess and waiter were great. Going back soon. I see why they're serious with reservations.

😝unfortunately this restaurant has surpassed my favorite restaurant in Argenta, downtown North Little Rock I love this restaurant. I’ll give it five stars and the food is freaking awesome.

Hidden jewel, small places but great for special occasions.
Staff is very professional and helpful. Server made suggestions on food. I went there for my birthday and they had a signed birthday card on my table. Gave me a small bottle of wine as I was leaving and put my name on the board announcing my birthday.
Drinks are very strong, huge variety. I didn't see what u normally drink but it was good to try something new. No frozen drinks. Over all it was very enjoyable.
Will visit again.

A few years ago, before I left North Little Rock for Florida, I went on a blind date there. A UPS driver I used to work with told me, “You have to try the bacon flight.” From that moment on, I knew I’d find my way to this place. And when I finally did, it exceeded everything I imagined.

For the record, it’s not “Roper Restaurant,” as so many people insisted on calling it. No—this is RŌBER, and it deserves to be spoken about correctly. It has the polish, precision, and presentation of a Michelin-level establishment. The food? Unforgettable. I had never encountered a bacon flight before, and to this day, not a single restaurant in Florida—Tampa included—has come close to replicating that level of creativity or quality.

The drink list was so extensive, so thoughtfully curated, that choosing felt like a luxury challenge of its own. If my memory serves me, it was late summer when I visited, and the whole place radiated that effortless, billionaire-club energy—refined without trying too hard.

I’ve lived in Tampa long enough now to experience some of Florida’s most acclaimed restaurants, but nothing matches the atmosphere, the service, or the unforgettable dining moment you get at RŌBER.

If you go—and you absolutely should—do yourself a favor: order the bacon flight. Trust me.

My family visited ROBER for a birthday meal a few weeks ago and we were beyond impressed with the staff and the quality of food. I highly recommend the goat cheese + mushroom bruschetta as well as the beef + burrata board as starters. Our crew loved both! I also had the 32oz tomahawk and I will proudly state it was cooked to perfection! Check out their social media for photos of you don’t believe me. Ha!

This restaurant truly deserves to thrive and I’m so glad to see it in Saline County.

Rober’s is great. Excellent food, a cool atmosphere and exceptional service. It’s top notch for a special occasion or just a good steak dinner. Their steaks are phenomenal along with any of the other dishes we have tried. Also, their customer service is great. They have worked with us on a couple occasions to help us get the reservations that we needed. You can tell that they really care and are doing all they can to help. I highly recommend Rober!
