It's a decent place to grab a burger or a quick food snack, service is generally fast and friendly. Atmosphere isn't the greatest simply because it's a sonic in the middle of town, very safe but nowhere I'd hang out for a bit. Food is fast food level and that is to be expected, though it gets a 3 star for food in terms of fast food id say it's a 4. Food was fresh and fast. Prices are fair also, on par with most fast food places.

Drove up. I ordered my usual with extra pickles, no ketchup. Large drink. Light ice.
The server was friendly. The wait wasn't long considering it was after church. My go to Sonic in Benton.

When you see the half priced shakes after 5 commercial don't think of this place cause they don't participate in that will find a sonic that does participate in that promotion and go there from now on only reason I came to this one saw the commercial

I don’t normally like to complain or post reviews basically ever, but I was so upset with my visit this time to sonic. I always order my drink and food on the app with no problems but this time it would not let me pay for my order and I was wanting to use my BOGO entree reward so I asked 3 of the workers to ask the manager about it and see if she could help, but still no help and I was sitting there waiting for at least 45 minutes for any kind of help. The manager finally came out to my vehicle and suggested things I’ve already tried but still didn’t work then she just walked away like everything was fixed but still no resolution. This whole experience honestly just made me so mad and not want to go back to this location again.

Ordered on the app requested but did not receive jalapeños(<-cost extra) or sauces packets. The food was very mediocre compared to usual and for how little it was took a while to get. While most people would notice this and ask the carhop for them, the meal was nearly thrown into my car and they took off faster than I could blink let alone check everything.

Listen I hate getting on here and doing reviews I'll deal with the sub par food at times I send it back they look pissy but they remake it and it's better if it happens what I can't stand is the disrespect towards the employees by leaving the POS screens un fixed for SO LONG you can't tip but they don't care they get there money ,but as a customer makes us look cheap and like assholes because you guys use crap equipment and refuse to invest in employees it really shows where the priorities are as long as they get there money who cares , how about fix the dumb screens )fixed so I changed )

Ordered food with sweet tea gave us unsweet ask for sweet take the drinks just to bring us back unsweet this happen 3 times back to back finally gave up

Came here as I normally do, got my usual order of bacon queso wraps. The food came out in a decent amount of time, but when I go to eat the food, thats when I started getting suspicious. The first wrap was half as big as the others, when I took a bite there was no sauce (it looked like it had been rubbed off because there was a little on the actual chicken) and it tasted not normal/weird. I put it aside and ate the rest, the sauce in the rest had a odd taste and consistency, almost zero queso (I ordered extra on them on the app) , the ranch was mainly what was on them and there hardly was any sauce still. I still ate it because money is tight and I enjoy my sonic normally. When I got home I felt sick, I ended up throwing up 3 times and only felt better after what I ate came out. I think whoever served those needs a sit down. I’d still order again in hopes the next time is better, but i would definitely watch the food you serve!

I absolutely never get my order right. I’m done with them. This last time I ordered a wacky pack for my granddaughter and she being a typical 4 year old likes it plain. I said 3 times nothing but meat and cheese. She was starving and we were already down the road and she said I don’t like pickles and mustard. So infuriating.

Probably the last five times I've been here, my order has come out wrong every single time. When I tell them about it, they fix it, but they also always have an attitude. I don't know why I keep coming to this Sonic. I will not be back here for a while.
