Everytime I order a drink on doordash from here I only put cherries on my drinks or nothing at all. Either way I still always get limes... its always limes whether I put cherries on my order, or no fruit. I always get limes.

I've been to all 3 near sonics nearest me. And the Bryant location seems to me to be the best for service. Was I only reviewing the Bryant location. I'd give a higher rating.

Just ordered drinks. Waited for ever and the place was not at all busy then the drinks where wrong so they said they would bring the correct order but guess what. We waited even longer the second time for just one drink. Horrible service.

It's a decent place to grab a burger or a quick food snack, service is generally fast and friendly. Atmosphere isn't the greatest simply because it's a sonic in the middle of town, very safe but nowhere I'd hang out for a bit. Food is fast food level and that is to be expected, though it gets a 3 star for food in terms of fast food id say it's a 4. Food was fresh and fast. Prices are fair also, on par with most fast food places.
Food has always been awful here. Gave us food poisoning.

Drove up. I ordered my usual with extra pickles, no ketchup. Large drink. Light ice. The server was friendly. The wait wasn't long considering it was after church. My go to Sonic in Benton.

When you see the half priced shakes after 5 commercial don't think of this place cause they don't participate in that will find a sonic that does participate in that promotion and go there from now on only reason I came to this one saw the commercial
I don’t normally like to complain or post reviews basically ever, but I was so upset with my visit this time to sonic. I always order my drink and food on the app with no problems but this time it would not let me pay for my order and I was wanting to use my BOGO entree reward so I asked 3 of the workers to ask the manager about it and see if she could help, but still no help and I was sitting there waiting for at least 45 minutes for any kind of help. The manager finally came out to my vehicle and suggested things I’ve already tried but still didn’t work then she just walked away like everything was fixed but still no resolution. This whole experience honestly just made me so mad and not want to go back to this location again.

Ordered on the app requested but did not receive jalapeños(<-cost extra) or sauces packets. The food was very mediocre compared to usual and for how little it was took a while to get. While most people would notice this and ask the carhop for them, the meal was nearly thrown into my car and they took off faster than I could blink let alone check everything.

Listen I hate getting on here and doing reviews I'll deal with the sub par food at times I send it back they look pissy but they remake it and it's better if it happens what I can't stand is the disrespect towards the employees by leaving the POS screens un fixed for SO LONG you can't tip but they don't care they get there money ,but as a customer makes us look cheap and like assholes because you guys use crap equipment and refuse to invest in employees it really shows where the priorities are as long as they get there money who cares , how about fix the dumb screens )fixed so I changed )
