Has something changed in the past 2 weeks? new workers? new management?
My family goes here pretty often for the past 3 years and its always been perfect. But the past 3 times, everything was made wrong. Ordered a reeces blast and got M&M, ordered a route 44 and got a medium and ordered a tea with mango that tasted like they put triple the syrup. I get mistakes happen but this is everytime now.
Hope this issue gets addressed quickly.

I was hungry for a breakfast burrito and zipped into Sonic. I ordered the Sausage Egg, and cheese burrito and gave the server a 3 dollar tip. Drove off and was extremely disappointed by my burrito. It tasted old, eggs were hard, and just had a funny taste. Very disappointed and didn't have time to turn around and go back. I will check it in the future if I return.

Teresa is amazing! She will make sure you leave happy, when the morning crew messes up my order she made it right for me after I got off work. The GM of the store wouldn't have for sure the money must have gone to her head for not wanting to replace a 1.99 cream slush that was left off my order. Do better quit being so greedy. There are still honest people in this world ma'am!

Parking: I don't like that they don't have ice cream CONES.
Ordered All American Hot Dog without onions. Received one with onions & with so much mustard that you could not even tell there was a hot dog under it. Had it remade. The remake made me very sick.
Probably the worst service of any sonic i have been to. Delivered the wrong order to me and when I let them know, in a very nice manner, the person said okay and left. They never came back. Highly disappointed and will not return.

The only thing good about our experience was that the Ched'R'Peppers were fresh. Our order taker kept having trouble understanding what we were ordering. The frito chili wraps were old. Our order was incorrect when it come out and the young lady that brought the order out acted like she did not want to be there. I did not get a receipt and she asked if I needed my change. I will gladly tip, but not if u r asking for it. I used to be a carhop also. I know tips r a big deal. Our cheese and chili were cold on our wraps and they looked and tasted like they were old and had sat for a while. Disappointing is an under starement.

Just stopped in to grab a small order of mozzarella sticks. They came out super fast and it was evident they had been sitting for a while. I politely explained that they were hard and seemed to have been sitting for a while. I then requested another order. The second order came out just as fast if not quicker. I just couldn’t eat them and I politely explained they weren’t fresh and requested a refund. The woman’s response was, “Did you ask for a fresh order?” Huh??? I asked, “Do you not serve fresh food?” Her response, “No, not necessarily.” Excuse me??? Very disappointed in the food and in her response. I’m very understanding and rarely complain about things, but this was beyond ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and go to another location.

be sure to try your drink before you drive away. I made that mistake today, and they gave me a regular dr. pepper instead of a diet dr. pepper. so dangerous for diabetics, so again, check first
