Why are Sonic employees asking people in the drive-thru if they want their change? Are they not being paid an hourly wage? The young lady worker the drive thru window asked if I wanted my change, which would have been a 67% tip. You’re not even walking food out to cars. You’re working the drive thru window at a fast food establishment. You DO NOT deserve a tip and it’s extremely rude to ask for one.

Normally they are very attentive, but this evening they weren't. The food was hot, but they added cheese to the chili dog after I checked 3 times to ensure they wouldn't add it. I get home and give it to my wife and she can't eat it and I'm tired and don't feel like going back. I'll just cut my losses.

Been there a few times. Food does not taste fresh. Usually overcooked or set in the warmer too long. Tater tots so hard you couldn't chew them. Ice cream was good. I don't recommend the one on Dave Ward in Conway.

ONLY gave one star so I could leave this review. So instead of being an adult and firing people, you just ghost them? Are you thar much of a COWARD? So now not only does your food suck, you suck as a manager too? Your higher ups, won't be happy when everyone floods to Google to leave reviews. Grow up!

This is totally unacceptable food quality. I had ordered 2 bacon breakfast burrito meals, one with a large tater-tot, another unacceptable food quality.
There is hardly anything inside this FULL-SIZE burrito, and last time I checked, a LARGE was bigger than a MEDIUM, but you'll notice these are the same size... I did NOT get what I PAID for, that's for sure! This Sonic continues to go downhill, and I'm not one to complain until it affects me and it has now! This is unacceptable, and I will not spend my hard earned money here anymore. Management needs to FIX this problem!

I placed an online order and pulled in the stall, waited for 15 minutes before the order was accepted and then waited another 10 minutes. I finally flagged down a carhop only to be told they were waiting on me to call in and ask. So much for paying for hot food.

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese toaster add bacon and 1st time they brought me a burrito not a toaster and when I sent it back they didn't put my bacon on it !!!! I won't go back to this particular Sonic

I waited 15 minutes for my Bacon Breakfast Burrito add tomatoes and when I take the first bite it’s nothing but cold tortilla. I opened it up and there’s a tiny bit of egg, one strip of bacon, two tomato chunks, and no cheese. I tried to call them to ask for a refund or a new burrito, but their line has been disconnected. Out of all the sonics in the area this one is by far the worst.

Was less than 5 minutes away from location when ordered through the app. The food was cold when we received it & miss our wacky pack meal. Went back to let them know we didn’t receive our wacky pack meal, waited another 10 mins for that, only to have the wrong meal again and missing side. Had to wait another 5 minutes for them the bring us an apple sauce pack. I get being short staffed or busy, but it was very busy when we went and I’ve worked in fast food before. It shouldn’t be a hassle to get the items your purchased. Especially when the total is over $30. We’ve had this experience multiple times. Will not go back to this Sonic.
