The drinks are below average. I’ve been drinking the same drink for many years, and every time I go to this particular location it is weak and not right or not even full. When I order a venti there’s almost a quarter of it missing and when I ask they say it’s normal but no other store has given me this problem.

Drive thru is a nightmare. It takes them forever to get a simple order ready. Too much ice in the iced drinks and the flavor is weak in many of them. If you use a debit card you have to insert it into the machine as well and it asks you if you want to leave a tip which I find absolutely annoying for drive thru customers. They need to get better more experienced people working for them who can actually mix the drinks correctly and as far as a tip is concerned that needs to not be shoved down your throat.

I’ll be honest, going into this store I was looking for the regular experience I’ve had at this store. Insanely busy, slow service, and workers who don’t seem to give that much of a care that you are there. This store has been markedly below average every time I’ve gone. After this trip I’ve got to say it’s the best Starbucks trip I’ve ever taken. I don’t know if there are new managers or what but they are killing it. Usually walking in to pick up a pickup order at any Starbucks is a game of sitting through the items looking for your stuff or waiting on a rushed employee to slam down your stuff without word and run away. As soon as I walked in the woman behind the counter greeted me despite there being a full house and asked what I was there to pickup. When I told her my name she knew exactly what was ready and the one item I was waiting for which she then called down the line for and was immediately responded by another employee that my food was done. The original woman ran down the line, grabbed my food, gave it to me and told me to have a wonderful day. That place was as busy as I’ve ever seen a Starbucks and it was running like a very well oiled machine. Huge appreciation for how hard everyone was in there working!
