There were 3 people working in the kiosk. When I walked up I was told it would be a second. I said ok and waited while the line of people waiting for drinks cleared. There was one woman working and the other two were just standing there. Even after the line was down, none of them came to take my order so I left.

I pay more than $6.00 for a grande latte, but it's only half full most of the time. I would like a full cup or at least 3/4 full. In my opinion, the coffee shop down the street is just as good as Starbucks, but they gave me a full cup, and it was cheaper. As soon as I use the cash balance on my app, I will be switching.

Nice, clean, fast, friendly service! Went in but looked like the drive through was mo ING along nicely. Easy in and Out! Didn't take a pic because I think we all know what their cups look like. Great way to start the day!

A lady was working behind the counter making pre-orders for someone. I asked her if they were open and she told me no and pointed to the closed sign on the counter. According to her they have staffing problems.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING ORDER AHEAD!! In the mornings… You never know if someone is actually working. LAST TWO TIMES I used it, no one was working. First time, 2/10 @7:30 I left went to work, came back… 45 mins later… made my drink the lady didn’t even apologize. 2nd time, 2/17 left came back… i wanted a refund. Luckily the girl they called in is my favorite barista at this location, made the situation lighter… if y’all have no one working TURN OFF MOBILE ORDERING!!!!

I have been attend the Starbucks for years. Notice inside the store become more dirty and not enough seat to sit down to enjoy my coffee. Don’t consider to sit inside- dirty!
