Used the Taco Bell app for delivery. The door dasher that brought my order, dropped the incorrect order off at my house. I submitted a complaint through the app but didn't look like i would get a refund/replacement anytime soon. Called the store up and let them know what happened, and they offered to replace the meal for me. It wasn't their mistake and they could have easily said to wait on the app, but they took care of it.

What happened to Taco Bell in Benton? I got crunchy tacos from the drive through and checked them when I got across the street only to discover the sloppiest made food I've seen in a long time, I would have been embarrassed to serve this to bum and the kids at the counter could care less.

I wish I could give it a 0 stars. I spent 38$ on tacos and chalupas and they were all cold, hard and absolutely disgusting. I have never left a bag review like this about any restaurants, so you know it musty af. I wish I could post the video of how bad these tacos were… so disappointed.
Perhaps the most well put together Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The employees are very friendly and attentive, the food was made perfectly. I typically despise Taco Bell, so I was highly impressed with the level of service they provided at this location.
