Went through drive thru and found that an item was missing from my bag. Called and spoke to the manager (Paul) who was extremely rude, told me I was wrong and refused to give me the GMs name to report him. He even hung up on me. I have reported him

Drove 20 minutes and was told at drive thru that they were closed early (over 10 minutes). This is a frequent problem because employees want to leave right at closing time.
taco bell makes my depression go away, BUT PLEASE just leave the nacho fries on the menu year round. The girls and the gays all love it so please stop taking it away from us. Justice for the nacho fries! love y’all tho…

Used the Taco Bell app for delivery. The door dasher that brought my order, dropped the incorrect order off at my house. I submitted a complaint through the app but didn't look like i would get a refund/replacement anytime soon. Called the store up and let them know what happened, and they offered to replace the meal for me. It wasn't their mistake and they could have easily said to wait on the app, but they took care of it.
