#1 Girl at pickup window very rude.#2 Ordered a medium well ribeye, it was medium rare. #3 This was our third try to have them get it right.
ate there tonight. Lyly took our drink order. Three drinks and an appetizer. She brought the drinks and that’s the last we saw of her. A gentleman brought the food. Never received the appetizer. The food was good though!
We have been eating at Texas Roadhouse for nearly 20 years.
This use to be really good one.
We totally understand when sometimes, things don't come out the way you expect. A steak is overcooked, under cooked, a chicken fried steak is rolled up like a ball and chewy.
That is when it is important for the manager/wait staff to handle things properly.
Unfortunately they don't seem to know how.
