For a chain I don’t think you can beat it. Steak is always cooked perfectly. Check in early and you won’t have to wait long. Service is constantly good.

At a time where finding a decent dining experience is rare, this one was excellent! It no wonder the place was packed on a Monday night. Great energy, attentive service and food that exceeded expectations. Steak was cooked perfectly albeit less tender than expected, Caesar salad was large, crisp and chilled. Wine was obviously fresh.

It's hard to get a true medium rare stakes . They taste good other wise. I've had them recook and it's usually ok.

We usually have a good experience with them, but not last night. My herb crusted chicken was dry and burnt, my broccoli was raw and my potato skin was tough. There was only a tiny bit of butter in my potato (not enough to tell it was there. The waitress might have been new because it took her almost 10 minutes to get me a straw after she had to remake my drink because it was wrong. When we asked for refills she took off so fast that she had to keep walking back and forth because she didn't make sure of everything we needed before she walked off. It was not a pleasant experience.

Can’t cook a steak properly, whine about 10%, made me wait 45 minutes in the freezing cold. Stay away this is one of the worst Texas Roadhouse I’ve been too.

My husband and I were extremely disappointed by our last visit. We ordered two 12oz ribeyes- one medium and one medium well. When our steaks arrived, they were VERY well done. We had them sent back to be redone, and despite one of the managers personally bringing the redone steaks back to us, they were still overcooked and dry. We brought this up to the manager who offered us a $15 off coupon for next time. I understand mistakes happen, but I would have appreciated either a discount or having at least one meal comped. The staff were very professional and I know the error is not their fault, but after having to wait 40 minutes and having our steaks overcooked twice, I felt that more should have been done to mitigate the error.

The music is to loud for anyone to have a conversation at the table.. We go there quiet often for the food not the atmosphere. Please respect your older seniors and turn the music down. PLEASE AND THANK YOU!

Love the food, service is great. I dont know what it is about roadhouse, but I've yet to go to one where you can actually have a conversation. It is always so loud.

We came in last Thursday evening (8-07-25) to have dinner for my husband's birthday. The service we had was absolutely terrible!! Our server, Avery, was very rude and had no clue what she was doing. We ordered an appetizer and we got it after I asked her several times about it. Then she brought out my salad which wws one of my sides and still no appetizer. Finally recieved it after several times of asking her about it. Then we placed our food order and it took forever to get it. I'm not sure what is going on, but not a good experience and especially for my husband's birthday dinner. We were there entirely too long. Please, please, please do better!!!!

My husband and I stopped while on a trip today at the TRH in Little Rock, AR. Went to the take-out window. Trinity took my order and big KUDOS to her for excellent service, a bright smile and just a great person to interact with — the ladies at the entrance when I came in weren’t quite as nice but I’ll give them a pass — they could do better though (just sayn’). The food was good but I have to put it more on me than them… I didn’t order the right thing. Should have gotten the Smokehouse hamburger… my bad. My husband had the 6ox Sirloin and he wasn’t particularly happy because he’s a rib-eye guy. If you know, you know. I got the chicken and enjoyed it. I don’t think TRH uses tallow for their frying yet… wish they would! Seed oils upset my stomach and I had that reaction. I would try it again and order the hamburger.
