It has been a long time since my wife and I have been to a Texas Roadhouse, and now I remember why.It was a typical Friday night with a wait when we came into the I-30 location. We were seated quicker than our wait was quoted and quite honestly (as far as a good dinner out) that's where it ended.Our host dropped us at the table and kept walking, not even saying a thing.Our server showed up and she took our order. Our drinks came in a decent time, however our salads? She admitted she forgot to put the order in when the power flickered from the storm.My prime rib was ordered medium rare and it came out more rare than anything. My wife's steak came out like a rainbow, cooked different temps all the way through. She also ordered medium rare. It was pointless to ask for a re-fire, because we saw our server a total of 4 times. With both of us having been in the industry for decades, we knew that our food sat under the heat lamps. Mashed potatoes were crusty on top.Once, when we were ordering. Second, when drinks were served. Third, to drop off food to us, and the fourth was when she was trying to rush us out.We were never offered refills on our drinks, and I had not even finished my steak before she was asking how we were going to pay. Who knows how long it would have been to see a manager had we requested one, so we just paid and left.The only reason we went to Texas Roadhouse was because we had a gift card we used for partial payment. Honestly, we would have gone to Logan's down the road where we frequent more often. Can you guess why??

Service was mediocre, but it was very busy so I'll cut them some slack. I had a delicious and well-cooked steak here. I prefer my steak still wiggling a little on the plate and was pleasantly surprised to find a chain restaurant that would cook a very rare/blue ribeye. I'll definitely be back.

The culinary expertise of the establishment was found to be lacking, particularly in their inability to prepare a quarter house steak to the requested level of doneness, despite the explicit request for "well done, extra." Additionally, there were significant delays in the delivery of our beverages, appetizers, and main course, as the server prioritized the service of another table that had arrived after us. This oversight was compounded by the server's apparent forgetfulness regarding our order, as evidenced by their surprise upon realizing that we had not yet received our items. The overall experience was marred by a lack of professionalism and attention to detail, which resulted in dissatisfaction and a decision to withhold gratuity. #ServiceImprovement #CustomerExperience
Off night for a usually reliable place to eat. The little table mounted pay at the table device agrevated the heck out of me when it wouldn't accept the fact that a cash tip was being left instead of an electronic one.

Way too loud. Couldn't even hear each other at our table. The waitress forgot our cheese fries, and 2 steaks were overcooked. We had to go to three different servers just to get a spoon for a disabled person at our table to be able to eat. Can't believe we got to pay over $100.00 for this service. Will not do it again.

The food is really good. The service/staff is lacking the ones I have encountered have been rude and seem put out. Waitress don’t really talk to you. The hostess which are different most are rude or judgmental! Is it loud so kids probably want like it.Parking: Depending on the time you go, parking can be hard to fine.
