Vibrant Occasions did a phenomenal job catering my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary party. I appreciated all Mary’s help during the planning process deciding which foods to offer and how much was needed. Michelle and Jordan arrived on time and were so kind and professional. They set everything up beautifully, and the food was delicious. They kept the buffet full and were constantly helping guests clear plates and made sure the kitchen was clean. Everyone raved about the food, and I believe a lot of my guests took their contact info for future parties. I can’t say enough good things. When they left, the kitchen was spotless like they’d never even been there. I will definitely use them again!

Mary was such an amazing vendor to work with on our wedding. She was great about communicating with our coordinator. We had a taste test prior to the wedding, which was delicious and so helpful when deciding our menu! The day of staff for the buffet were professional and eager to help. Jordan was the real MVP, bringing appetizers to the couple privately while cocktail hour occurred downstairs. Guests raved about the food to us afterwards. We could have not asked for a better experience with our cater for our wedding on 10/18/25 booking them last minute was a blessing and we couldn’t be more impressed! Vibrant Occasions went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with our menu and everything paired well together! We chose the Creamy Chicken Artichoke Pasta as well as their Caprese Chicken and they were so delicious and our guest could not stop talking about how good it was! We had the Sticky Asian Pork Belly, Loaded Potato Skins, and Mini Italian Meatballs passed around for Hors d’Oeuvres. Although I did not get the chance to try them due do being busy with pictures our guests talked about them all week long! We also had a mini hot dog station available as a late night snack for guest and they were just as delicious and so fun to snack on while continuing to enjoy our time with family and friends! We would choose Vibrant Occasions again in a heart beat the next time we are in need of an event cater. They were so kind to pack Togo containers for the Groom and I including some of our wedding cake for us to enjoy together after our event it really made the best ending to our amazing day!

Mary and her team did an amazing job with the rehearsal dinner for my son and his bride! They were on time and made the serving tables and food look beautiful and elegant! The food was hot and delicious and the dessert shooters were a big hit! Top notch service and food made our evening relaxing and special. We highly recommend Mary and her team!

Vibrant Occasions was the perfect choice for my daughter’s wedding. The Mediterranean meal was wonderful, the attitude and demeanor of the staff were so attentive to detail and they were so kind to all of us, even when we were in their way. Dealing with a backup rain plan to a slight menu change request, we couldn’t have been happier or more grateful for Mary and her team! We are so blessed to have had Vibrant Occasions Catering provide for our daughter's wedding day. The vision of what we imagined was met above and far beyond our expectations. We were provided with a personal comprehensive tasting session so we could sample various choices to begin making plans. This session and the personal touch was so enjoyable and gave us a confidence and excitement about our menu. We chose a Chef's board with a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, breads and more for the cocktail hour, passed hors d'oeuvres while our guests visited and a delicious dinner smorgasbord. As a seasoned event planner, I didn't think it was possible to get a plated dinner served quickly, efficiently, and professionally until I worked with Vibrant Occasions. They are the only catering company I've encountered that provided delicious food, quick plated service (under 20 minutes to 400 people), and did it all with the utmost professionalism.
