Vibrant Occasions really goes above and beyond on service, taste, and presentation. It was a joy to have them provide food for a charity event I co-hosted. The menu they suggested was beyond what I could have expected or hoped for, they know their craft! I will be using them in the future for sure!

I can’t sing this crew’s praises enough! I’ve worked with them on multiple projects and events now and they never disappoint! The food is always not only delicious but beautiful in presentation! Everything is taken care of on time, efficiently, and elegantly! I’ve worked with them for a beautiful formal in home dinner as well as a large scale Met Gala themed event and I highly recommend them for all of the above and anything in between!

As a seasoned event planner, I didn't think it was possible to get a plated dinner served quickly, efficiently, and professionally until I worked with Vibrant Occasions. They are the only catering company I've encountered that provided delicious food, quick plated service (under 20 minutes to 400 people), and did it all with the utmost professionalism. Plus my guests can't stop raving about the food and service. I will be partnering with them on all events going forward!

Vibrant Occasions did an amazing job for our Garden Party at Garvan Woodland Gardens. We feed around 100 people. The staff was professional, on top of things, and the food was wonderful! We got lots of compliments on the food from our attendees. I highly recommend VOC, and will most definitely use them again for future events.

Our thanksgiving meal was fabulous!! Catered the entire meal. We fed 19 people. I requested dinner servings for 18 and had Plenty of food left over. So good! Loved it! Plan to do it again next year!

Vibrant Occasions provided the catering for my 125-guest wedding on 11/11/2023. The food and service were absolutely divine!!Our cocktail hour included the mini-italian meatballs, cheese-stuffed mushrooms, Mac & Cheese 'Tini, and a large charcuterie board. For the entrees we selected the garden salad, bread rolls, caprese chicken, pork tenderloin with chasseur, stuffed acorn squash, harvest vegetables, tri-color roasted potatoes. For dessert we had the berry pana cotta, milk chocolate truffle, and our wedding cake.The big talk about our wedding was how wonderful the food was and how much there was! We were repeatedly told that the food was the BEST they had ever had and my husband and I completely agree!Everyone at Vibrant Occasions was a pleasure to work with! When we did our tasting, we gave feedback on the chicken and they worked to improve it and allowed us to return to re-try it and it was perfection! We plan to ask for the recipes so we can recreate our magical experience on our anniversary!

Vibrant Occasions is THE company you want to use. Whether it be a small or larger scale event, these people work incredibly hard to make whatever you want work. I recently hired them for catering at the War Memorial Razorback game to cater for the Governor, the Razorback Athletic Department, and the Western Carolina Athletic Director. Every single one of their staff and owners went above and beyond to ensure success. I was especially impressed with their ability to adapt and change what they were doing no matter what we threw at them. The game time changed the week of the game, and they didn't even bat an eye. They are so thoroughly prepared that it didn't matter what I threw their way. Another plus is that their menu is huge so you can find options for even the pickiest of eaters. They brought all of the utensils and displays for the food, and it all looked so nice! I will absolutely be using their services again and again. This company is full of great people who give excellent service. I cannot thank them enough!
