Horrible customer service. They treat you based on your race and if you are white, they will completely ignore you

Had to wait about 5 minutes to place order at counter even though no one was ahead of us. When we finally got our food I had to have my burger remade twice. I had asked for mayo only. The 1st time they put ketchup on it and the 2nd time they put mustard on it.

I ordered a salad and had to wait 10 minutes for it. The employee that brought the food to the car did not say a word. I will not be visiting this location again!

Nastiest Wendy’s I have ever eaten out. All the burns had hard stale parts. Bacon was all fat like I’ve not even seen at a Wendy’s before. It was bad. Gave wrong frosty. Missing burger. The fries taste like the oil is off … not sure if it’s super old or if they have been making dirty waffles in it but I couldn’t finish any of my food. Even the chocolate frosty tasted weird. I’ve been to Wendy’s in 22 states and this one was the single worst food.

I have been very patient and forgiving to this store for far too long. I've been left at the drive thru window for 5 minutes after paying for my food and waiting for it while the crew chit chat in plain sight of the window. It wasn't until a manger I assume pointed at me asking if they'd given me my food yet. Without that employee I may still be waiting for my food to this day. Yesterday I went back to this restaurant after months of avoiding this establishment and was forced to wait 10 more minutes in the drive thru. This time 3 at the box and then 7 more at the window. When I got to the window itself the employee did not seem to care that they were working there. They were quiet and offered no info on how long the wait for my food was going to be. They then also gave me the wrong drink which is a common occurrence here. Unfortunately for me this is the end of me coming here. I will also beging to advise anyone I associate with to also avoid this place.

My husband and I placed an order on the app to be picked up. Just 2 ice creams to try the new blended frosties. 30 minutes. That’s how long we were in line waiting. We saw the line when we got there and went inside to pick up the order. Stood up front for several minutes and not one person was at the front to assist. Several employees saw us standing there and no one assisted. So, we went back outside and got in the drive through line. Which wasn’t much better. Each car took 10 minutes to be able to order. They were told to wait I imagine because they didn’t actually start talking to order until they were there for several minutes.
And then when we actually got our ice cream, it was watered down and liquid.
I love Wendy’s, but this location is TRASH. We’ve had issues with them in the past in terms of wait times, but decided to give them another try after months. Never again.

Order chicken sandwich, nuggets, and fries. Not only had to pulled forward and wait for our order. They brought the food 20 mins later. Nuggets not fully cooked, old fries, old chicken, and old chicken sandwich. They didn't replace chicken sandwich. I come to Benton for soccer 4 days out of the week . I Will not come here again, and will past it on to other soccer parents.

I needed a large order I tried to call several times to give them a heads up but no one answered the phone. When I finally placed the order I gave the 30 minutes plus to make it before I went to the store to pick it up and big surprise they hadn't even started it and also didn't even say anything to me the whole time I was in the store. Nothing, not hello, it will just be a minute or here is your food.
