Yeah don’t come to this one. My friend and I placed an order through the drive thru. The lady taking our order seemed to have no idea what she was doing. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 medium potatoes. I had to repeat our order probably 5 times and then when we got up to the window, she handed me 1 sandwich and a medium potato. When I tried to explain what was wrong, she argued with me for a minute before it finally clicked that she had messed up and somehow separated our orders instead of it being open order. When we finally got our food and left, we found that not only was the food lukewarm at best but we got a one medium potato and one small potato. Ridiculous.

I went through the drive through. The person handing me my order didn't even speak to me. I had to ask if I had all my food. Food for seven people was cranked into two bags. I had to ask for the rest of my drinks. I got home, and I was missing fries. The fries I did receive were all less than half full. I took a picture of my "large baconator fries".
I tried to call to give them a chance to make it right. The phone rang for roughly two minutes, then they picked up and hung up.

I never leave reviews but I sat in the drive thru for 20+ minutes only to be greeted with the worst customer service. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time either. Guy in the drive thru gave me a blank stare handed me my bag and shut the window. Not a single word. The other staff members i’ve encountered here are also this way. Maybe i’m dramatic but this wendy’s truly sucks.

I came in to grab lunch yesterday. I got a single cheese, baked potato with butter and a single baconater. The food was cold. I stood in the lobby for almost 30 mins bc the guy running the register was so busy and working alone for the most part. My Mother wanted another single and potato today so I went back in to get her lunch again. This time I went through drive thru. It took just as long. The guy in the window was taking one order at a time and gave them their food b4 taking the next order. I understand everyone is short staffed. I hope things get better with this location bc my mom loves Wendy's! I ordered her the same thing and I ordered the fried chicken sandwich. The little piece of tomato and 2 shreds of lettuce I got were an insult.

Staff constantly changing way more than a “fast food” chain should, there is no service and lastly the place is empty so often, it makes you wonder what 7 people are doing in a kitchen smaller then the one at home and nothing happening.

This was the worst Wendy's I have been to. The chili wasn't even warm enough to melt my husbands cheese. My bun felt like it had been left out to get hard before they put my burger on it.

Adrianna the front cashier wasn’t in the best mood this morning, Manager should notice the attitude and rudeness with costumers she has and make some changes. Food was delayed and fries were cold. Breakfast burrito wasn’t even wrapped Right. Won’t be a bad idea to have the whole staff including management into a training to catch up with costumer service.
Pricing for food here has really gone up and due to this we do not frequent as much like we used too. Workers are always professional and nice.
