A couple of weeks ago I placed an order through the app for three of the chicken bacon ranch loaded fries. It was 9:30 pm. (They are open until 12:00 am now) I arrived at the drive thru at 9:45 pm and was told to pull up and park because my order was not ready. After almost 15 minutes (and at least 4 cars going thru and receiving their food) I walked inside to see what the deal was and saw two teens playing around while what I assume was the manager was sitting in a booth eating...read full review
there’s this girl who works there she gave attitude and wasn’t nice or just didn’t have a good demeanor. i’ve noticed this before i think her name is Zariah something with a Z. She also acts nicer to some customers than others.
When you order ahead online you're made to go inside to pick it up, not allowed to pick up in drive-thru, even after you've waited there😡
