Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I come here after 11pm because I work to 11pm and nothing else that is open is as good as late night zaxbys, I order the night prior to this one in the drive thru no issue, tonight they tell me they can only do door door dash orders this late at night. Very ridiculous behavior considering every night prior after 11 but before close they’ve taken my order no issue. I’m assuming lazy staff

This location has been going down hill. When I received my order the tray was dirty. The area where cup tops are installed was dirty.

A couple of weeks ago I placed an order through the app for three of the chicken bacon ranch loaded fries. It was 9:30 pm. (They are open until 12:00 am now) I arrived at the drive thru at 9:45 pm and was told to pull up and park because my order was not ready. After almost 15 minutes (and at least 4 cars going thru and receiving their food) I walked inside to see what the deal was and saw two teens playing around while what I assume was the manager was sitting in a booth eating looking at her phone. I asked where my order was and one of the teens tells me she is trying to get the other teen to cook my fries but he does not want too, both laughing about it. I look to the lady sitting in the booth and she just shrugs and laughs as well. It had been 30 minutes and they had not even started making my order. I had to calm myself and told them how ridiculous it was and it was the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food place. I told them to cancel my order and left before I made a scene. I was mad as hell. I checked the next day and saw that they had still charged me. I called customer service and was told I would receive a refund. That was on the 13th. I called again on the 20th, still had not been refunded. Was told it would be. Here it is the 25th and still have not received my money back for food I never received. This is complete disrespect. I ate at this Zaxby's once or twice a week for lunch and would do dinner once or twice a week as well but not anymore. They have lost my business.

I was a little hesitant about having lunch with Zaxby’s because my last experience at the Hot Springs location was not good but this was a different location and I wanted chicken.

It was lunch time but only one person eating inside, I was worried but say go ahead and everything was great.

The chicken was hot and fresh and tasty, I tried the new hot sauce

The fries and toast were very good and the cold slaw fresh hit the spot and the cashier was friendly

Went inside and they were slow as hell. The cashier was nicest enough to give use cookies because it took soooooo long. Fries chicken and toast were fresh and tasty.

I like their *Zalads* and their sandwiches but their portions are hit or miss. And I don’t mind small portions because due to GI issues I can’t eat a large bolus of food at one sitting, but if I pay for large I do expect more. I usually order large fries to take a few and give the rest to my kids. Also their salads are hit or miss with how full or not the salad container is. :((

I’ve gone to this location quite a few times and not once has my order ever been right. I only order for myself, and between placing an order at the store, using the mobile app, and ordering through door dash I’ve never gotten the correct order.

Orders the loaded chicken bacon ranch fries with Zax sauce and they didn’t put anything on it and it’s dry

I get food from here quite frequently, but the service is usually terrible. Most employees act like they are miserable being there and have no customer service skills, and my drive thru order is usually missing Zax Sauce and I have to ask for it (not sure how they forget that one). Great food. Terrible service.
