I like their *Zalads* and their sandwiches but their portions are hit or miss. And I don’t mind small portions because due to GI issues I can’t eat a large bolus of food at one sitting, but if I pay for large I do expect more. I usually order large fries to take a few and give the rest to my kids. Also their salads are hit or miss with how full or not the salad container is. :((
Thanks to Nikki I would give 100 stars if I could. She made my visit to this Zaxby's location a very pleasant and memorable experience. Working in the service industry is not for the weak as they are often times under appreciated and/or mistreated by the people they serve. Nikki goes above and beyond to care for each of her customers, and despite the difficulties that come with working in fast food, she excels at making people like me feel welcome and cared for.
