This was the third or forth time we stayed at this hotel. Each stay was excellent. The hotel is great location and we take the art walk to Crystal Bridges. Hotel staff is excellent.

I booked through American Express Platnium services. When I got to the hotel, I was given a room that had a smell of Lysol that I was not able to stand. I asked them to send a team member to verify. They moved me to a room with two beds instead of one, which I mentioned would not work as me and my girlfriend were staying together. They made me pay extra for an upgrade as the only option for a one bed option. The whole thing was not my fault, I felt it was unfair to help coordinate a satisfactory solution. My original rate was already over $400 a night. Very disappointed they did not seem to want to help.

I have to start off by admitting I did not stay here, but this is my second visit just for the atmosphere. They always have a huge and interesting collection of modern and kitschy art. I mentioned to my wife that this is such a novel idea, offering art as a way of inviting guests to linger longer on the grounds. If you are in Bentonville, plan a visit.

We stayed at the 21C for our all-company gathering. The location of the 21C is terrific - right on the Bentonville town square. The service was great - the front desk team quickly took care of whatever our events team needed. The hotel is unique and artsy.
Great location (walk one block to downtown square, shops, restaurants). Very luxurious and comfortable.We would stay there again.

I was in Bentonville on business for one night and so glad I stayed at this hotel. It was clean and my room was super comfortable and spacious. The bed was comfortable and my only complaint was the pillows. Maybe not a complaint per se but my fault as I'm allergic to down and should have asked for other pillows. Every staff member I encountered was super nice and helpful. I love the fact that it's actually a museum and there is really cool artwork everywhere. And how many hotels have you visited where there is a big green penguin in the elevator?!? It was pretty neat! I was in town for less than 24 hours so not much time to explore after a long travel day but it looks to be situated in a great location close to restaurants and bars. I will definitely be staying here again and hope to do a little more exploring of the area while I'm there.Rooms: Super spacious!Walkability: Close to downtown BentonvilleFood & drinks: Menu fit for Foodies

The hotel and event teams were great to work with for our time spent there.Rooms: The 21c suite was spacious with an excellent view of the downtown square.Nearby activities: Ice skating, Crystal BridgesWalkability: We could easily walk to restaurants, ice skating and were only a short block from a neighborhood Walmart.Food & drinks: We had a catered family event with cocktails, dinner and breakfast provided by the Hive. Everything was delicious
