I don’t ever write reviews but I knew I had to when I pulled out of 7 brew this morning. This location had one of the coolest members working there! He was high spirited and extremely friendly. Definitely a great worker who made it fun / enjoyable to wait for my drink. He was wearing a Large 7 Brew Hat, Green socks and a Pair of beads! Definitely a team player, with contagious energy! Most places make you feel like a burden when you come through, but the ladies at the window continued to bring the positive energy. Kudo’s to you guys! Thanks for making my morning a good one. ❤️🫶🏻

This specific Seven Brew off of Central is the BEST location! I’ve visited many locations but the staff at this one is always friendly and one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The way they make the drinks at this location is perfect too. Never “too sweet” or not sweet enough, just right. Even if there is an uncontrollable inconvenience (WiFi not working, construction, busy line) the staff get the job right.

I arrived at Subaru yesterday at about 6:50 AM and ordered a sweet and salty coffee with a lemon poppyseed muffin. The employee seemed pretty occupied conversation with one another regarding sending another employee home early to go sleep. I’m handed my coffee and I leave straight to work for my 12 hour shift in five minutes after I leave I realize I never got my muffin. No big deal but there goes my breakfast. I tried calling immediately since I don’t have time to turn around, but there is no phone number to call directly to that store. I returned this morning wanting to ask about a muffin and if there’s a way for a compensation either getting a new muffin or refunding me the money since entitled I spent over $10 for my medium drink a muffin and tips them. However, I was informed that there’s nothing they can do about it. That was honestly really frustrating especially since I work such long hours and just wanted the muffin I payed for. I’m sure this could’ve easily been resolved if I was able to get a hold of the store as soon as I left however that makes it a lot more difficult when you can’t call the store directly resulting in me having to wait until the following morning. Unfortunately, this put a bad taste in my mouth with seven brew And I’m not sure I feel comfortable going back. I ended up leaving this morning and just going to Starbucks after that experience. I love seven brew. I’ve always been a huge fan, but There needs to be a better way of getting a hold of your team if an order is messed up.

I love 7brew!!! I go to 7brew everyday, sometimes a few times a day and always have the best experience. The staff is so friendly and cool. They’re helpful and always have a positive attitude! And the coffee is always amazing as well! A 7brew run never misses

Never had a bad experience at 7 brew until today. Went around 1and ordered 3 blondies too small with ice whipped cream caramel drizzle and one large with whip blended caramel drizzle. We received the 2 small drinks and when the mice gentleman turned around looking for the large drink. A very rude woman behind him stated she already made the drink. He stated he didn't give it to us she looked at me gave me a nasty look stated the she did make it but she guesses she will make it again. Basically saying I lied about receiving the drink. The young man apologized about the wait and we left. Accountability is key and being nasty to a customer when your wrong is just bad business. I understand having a bad day but that was uncalled for. I go a lot around the same time the young man is always nice but that woman will run customers with that type of attitude.

I have NEVER had a bad experience at 7 brew but I had one today. I hate going to this 7 brew because there drinks are always made mid at this location. They never taste good anytime I go. I love other locations just not this one. I went today and saw no body was in line and no other cars were around besides a car that was sitting underneath trees not even close to the drive through so I go ahead and drive up to the wind which was a good 50-100 feet away from this other car and the 7 brew employee immediately comes running up to the window and says to the worker at the window saying I cut the line and that they need to make the other persons drink first and yells at me. I felt very disrespected and upset because the car was no where near the window and should not have been treated like that. I wish I would have gotten this employees name because she was extremely rude and I will never be coming back.
