Final stop in Bentonville as we start home, we got coffee for the road. 7 Brew is drive through only and that worked out fine today. A friendly barista took our order, took our payment and a few minutes later, a Blondie (light sugar) and a drip coffee (cream only) were in the cup holders.
Both were absolutely excellent. Mrs. K. said that her Blondie was not at all sweet and she enjoyed it. My medium roast was also excellent once it cooled enough for a drinkable temperature.
Inexpensive, delicious. I only wish that they weren't all just drivethru only as there are times I'd like to sit with coffee and my laptop. Oh, well. That's not their business model and it's okay.
Vegetarian options: They have alternative dairy for coffee.
Dietary restrictions: Ask about allergens.
Parking: There are some parking spots but this is a drivethru location.
Kid-friendliness: Kids and coffee, what could go wrong?

This was the second time I’ve had a bad experience at this location, so I felt the need to share. The first time, a boy came to my window and started taking my order with the tablet, then the last drink I ordered had some specifications (half blondie half cinnamon roll extra sweet), and right about that time, the line moved up so I could go to the window. Would’ve been fine, but he walked to the window and handed the woman the tablet and said “I’m too lazy to put in the last drink she ordered”, so I had to repeat it to her. I felt like my drink order was an inconvenience to him.
This morning, I went to the same location. I was wanting to try something new, I asked the guy “what’s a good coffee drink I could try?”, his response “idk, a blondie? I don’t know”. I’ve asked for help before, and they’ve been happy to help me find something I may like and give me suggestions based on the flavors I like. So this was just very rude. When 7brew locations are known for having such high energy friendly staff, it sets expectations and when they’re not met, it stands out even more. I love 7 brew, but I won’t go back to this location again.
Kind of a long post and this may sound corny, but I just love 7Brew and the 7Brew Crew. Especially this crew! I’ve been a 7Brew customer for 3 years now and not one time has anyone working there ever had a frown on their face or been unpleasant. I honestly don’t know how they do it but it’s so appreciated and refreshing and they always brighten my day. Springdale 412 used to be my store and I was hesitant when we moved up north that it wouldn’t be the same upbeat vibe but boy was I wrong. They are ALL the same upbeat, cheerful people no matter which location you go to. It’s so nice to interact with people who genuinely enjoy their jobs and are happy to be there. Even my 7 year old son notices and says “Wow the 7Brew people are so nice!” He loves going there with me and some of the employees even know his name which makes him feel really special. Plus the coffee is awesome. I can’t live without Blondies now! Thanks Bentonville 7Brew Crew for being such a big, positive part of my and my families life! You guys are awesome!

I love the overall atmosphere of 7 Brew. I appreciate that they are a small-town chain.
Dietary restrictions: Multiple milks are available, and most drinks can be made sugar-free.
Coffee is burnt. Drinks come out without any flavoring. Traffic backs up into street, and establishment does nothing to direct traffic within parking lot. I tried to route my car through the parking lot rather than backing up straight to the street, and two workers sitting at the table out front got started mouthing off about it. I don't need that when I'm trying to do you a favor.
