It hurts me to write this review, but I feel that others should be made aware of my troubles and why I am dropping 7brew as part of my routine. I have been going to 7brew for several years now to several different locations and have always loved the environment and the convenience. But today marks my last day of checking drinks or getting sick because the newly trained staff dont know/care about the issues with glucose or lactose intolerance. There is no system in place for accountability, I order a very simple drink 95% of the time a large iced sugar free caramel macchiato made w/ oatmilk. More that 50% of the time its either not sugar free or it has whole milk, both of which will make me incredibly sick. Its not part of a diet routine its an actual allergy. The team members seem to not care about allergies in general, when asked if it was made with oatmilk I normally get an immediate yes wheather it was or not. Today I was told my drink was made correctly and it absolutely was not it had both sugar and whole milk, and if you have had to avoid either you definitely know the difference. This is a disgusting business model and one day these care free team members will put someone with worse allergies in the hospital. I feel sorry for those that dont know.... please 7brew do something about this. I will be sticking to heroes coffee in NWA they have fantastic coffee and understand/respect allergies

I love 7brew. It’s the chikfila of to-go coffee. The coffee is always excellent and the employees are constantly friendly and thoughtful. I will always choose 7brew over Starbucks! Service is quick too!
